Great cleaning service at a reasonable cost! Riana the owner came out to my house to do a walk thru prior to services to give a price quote and to better understand what we were looking for out of a cleaning service. Her attention to detail in the walk thru translated into the impeccable job done by her team in subsequent cleaning visits! My husband and I just had twins and the cleaning service really put my mind at ease through the end of my pregnancy, delivery, and transition back to home. My husband loves to comment on how great our house smells after they come through ☺️

I have used Essentially For You for close to two years. In the beginning was a seemingly smaller company and the quality of work was good not amazing but adequate. The girls came every two weeks. There was average turnover of employees. Many times they were late with no notification. It became obvious they were putting other clients ahead of me pushing the time that they were supposed to be at my house 2 1/2 to 3 hours later. There were times where they canceled two times in a row and it had been over a month since they came to clean my house.

Now I am informed that as a client I’m no longer important to them and they are no longer servicing my area in Richfield. Again no advance notice. I am very disappointed in the lack of respect and professionalism.

It’s also important to note they did a terrible job on the floors, after they left I would have to re-clean them myself. They often forgot windows and broke one of my statues and never told me about it until I recently found it myself. She did not offered to pay for the damage that her own employee caused.

Sadly no I cannot recommend Rheana, Essentially For You or their employees for cleaning your home.

We have been using Essentially For You for about a year and they always leave my house smelling great and looking clean! They are very responsive to feedback and want to make things right. They work hard and even give the dog some love by throwing his ball a few times. Definitely would recommend!
