On Time has been servicing our home for a couple years now, and this year they are helping us with our rental. They are professional, friendly, and personable. When it comes to to business, they are no BS, and tell you what's going and provide options. They work with you on the costs, and thankfully offer payment plans with 0% interest. We look forward to working with Shane and his team for years to come.

Had my air conditioning system replaced and the whole experience was excellent. The team was professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. Everything works perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend!

Josh and his team did a tremendous job on my furnace replacement. I was not expecting to have to replace my furnace today, but he walked me through his diagnostic and made it very clear that I had a safety hazard on my hands. At the same time, he clearly explained all of my options, did not attempt to upsell me on anything, organized his team and had them complete the install in one day. The team was incredibly professional and efficient, and kept their masks on properly whenever interacting with me directly. I felt completely supported, completely respected, and look forward to being a customer here for a long time to come. Thank you for saving the day!

He was honest and straightforward and patiently answered all my questions so I could make the best decision for me. He was very responsive to follow up communication and got me on the schedule quickly. It is very clear that he cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. Zach and Travis came out to replace my HVAC less than a week after we realized we needed a new one and got their estimate. They were efficient, so respectful, and very thorough. They answered all my questions and made sure that I understood the problems and how to proceed with future updates to our home.

Shane was fantastic and very professional I called on 12 09 early Tuesday morning about my heating system going down seen his commercial on TV at 5 am called at 530 not expecting him to answer he calmed me down and told me to call if I did not get it care of called him about situation 12 12 he came within 1hour and took care of my problems I will let anyone in of this type of service he is awesome and grateful 🙏 to work with Thanks Shane

Excellent service from On Time. My aging AC unit was struggling and Shane and team did a great job going over the options for repair or replacement. I chose replacement and they got everything installed quickly and cleanly. They took their time explaining all the new features and answered all my questions along the way.
