Shane was on the spot after contacting him this morning I had no heat. He and Travis were on time to my house and gave my boiler a good look over to see what was happening. In the end I'll be getting a new boiler. Stay tuned.

Excellent customer service. Shane discussed in detail everything that needed fixing with our furnace and explained all of our options very thoroughly. Highly recommend.

Had Shane come out for the yearly check of the furnace and maintenance and review of the furnace as it is included in the club membership. The furnace check is included in the membership. Shane explained everything. Shane did a good job checking, reviewing, explaining things with the furnace. Felt comfortable and confident of his inspection. Look forward to seeing On Time next year to inspect the AC which is also included in their club membership.

Shane, the owner of On Time Heating is not only the most knowledgeable HVAC professionals I’ve had the privilege of meeting, he went above and beyond to help address the issues with my 7 year old furnace which was installed improperly by another company.
Although he wasn’t able to warrant the parts to correct a couple of problems only he noticed, he contacted another company ( and former employer) on my behalf to have the service done— all without charging me for call! I’m truly grateful and amazed by his level of professionalism, and kindness.
Sadly I was taken advantage of by this other firm that only wanted to use me as their private ATM.
Thank God for Shane!

Today, I had the experience of on time heating and cooling coming to my home to do repairs, I couldn't have asked for better service or kinder people to deal with Travis was here outstanding, outstanding work, kindness and caring, I truly recommend them and give them 5 stars from shane to Sammy to Travis. My experience was a blessing!

Called Shane at OneTime and Travis the service technician arrived within an hour. He performed maintenance on our furnace keeping us fully informed as he did his work. Very impressive service.

Had the pleasure of working with Shane, he came out on a Sunday for my family when our A/C stopped working. He is a very knowledgeable, personable and reasonable contractor. Answered any questions I had and walked me through every step of the repair. I will highly recommend this company to anyone.

On Time is the BEST!!!! I have been so happy with every service including duct cleaning and furnace tune up. They are easy to schedule with and do a thorough job. Shane and Travis are the nicest people to work with.

Shane is great. We had them install new AC over the summer. Tried to turn the furnace on this morning and it wasn’t working. Shane was out within 4 hours and found/fixed the issue within a few minutes of arriving. Responsive and courteous company.

I am not on to post reviews. However, the service that I got today for my furnace was top notch! They went through everything in great detail, and asked if I had questions. I have been having my furnace PM by the company that installed it and have never had this type of service. On Time Heating is where it’s at. They are honest and efficient!

My tenant let me know that her heat went out during the evening yesterday. So I went to see Shane and he was able to get me in an appointment the very same day. Due to The age of my furnace and how it was incorrectly installed we determine that a new one would be best. Got that scheduled to be installed within a week and he was able to get the existing one limping along and hopefully it lasts for a week
Just a follow up post as the new furnace is in in five hours and runs great Zach and Devon did a great job. Zach came and did the check up on my side of the duplex and even got my wireless remote working correctly.

Everyone on the crew acted professionally, and carefully explained what they were going to do, what to expect, and estimated time of completion. They obviously arrived on time, and had fantastic communication. I will certainly use them again and will happily recommend them to friends and family.

Shane did a phenomenal job. I reached out to his company to get a second opinion on a servicing recommendation from a competitor. Not only was he able to demonstrate why I didn't need to spend thousands on that job, but also give me significantly more information on my furnace/HVAC system and maintenence recommendations.

On Time H&C has earned a new customer today.

We had our A/C unit replaced this summer and our furnace replaced this Fall. Shane is a true professional with the knowledge and experience to back it up! Their Service is prompt and precise. Highly recommend them! Zach, Jake, Devin, and Ryan did a great job. We are more than satisfied and On Time has earned a customer for life! They have a special going on right now that if you purchase a new furnace, you get a free duct cleaning which in an old house, is well worth it! Shane was great. He thoroughly explained why my furnace failed and all of my options for repairing it or replacing it. I opted for a new elite furnace and Shane provided us with quality space heaters until we get our new furnace installed. Shane is extremely knowledgeable and professional! Update, Jacob & Travis installed the new furnace and removed the old one on Monday. Jacob & Travis were fantastic from start to finish. Recommend 1000%

Shane came right out at 5:00pm on a sub-zero Sunday evening for an emergency furnace repair. He was immediately able to determine that the problem was actually our gas meter and not our furnace, but did give our furnace a thorough "check-up" and pointed out some potential issues to keep an eye on. He was on-time, friendly and knowledgable, and while he identified some issues that we might want to fix eventually, he in no way pressured us to make a decision on the spot. The On Time Team provided exceptional service. They were respectful, conscientious, and fastidious in their work. We could not be happier with our new HVAC system. Our home has never been more comfortably warm!

Shane, the owner of the company, came out last night at almost 11:00 pm when our heat went out in -20° weather. The fix was fairly simple—a wire had burned through because it was resting on the motor. Shane was caring, kind, polite, and honest about some maintenance we should have been doing on our furnace. He also offered his company’s monthly plan, which significantly reduced the service cost for a weekend call outside of normal work hours, and he didn’t charge us for the quick wire repair. On Time Heating & Cooling is the only company we’ll use moving forward.
