I've lived in my house for 16 1/2 years and have always used Stanley Walter for my septic service. But late last night, due to all the rain we've had recently, I had an absolute nightmare of a scenario with the septic backing up into my basement. I was able to stop the bleeding overnight, but at 6:30am or so they were in my yard getting things cleaned out for me. It's Saturday and very last minute. History has shown me that such an emergency would cost me way more than a normal service, but it doesn't appear they charged me any more than I normally pay. These guys are fantastic!

Courteous and fast…. But truck came into driveway and left a lot of drips of something. Not sure. Took pictures and will be in touch if they don’t disappear. Maybe truck should stay on road.

They don’t do that cleaning right they leave the safety tank helpful I have to bring Lakeland septic service to clean the septic tank they they claimed the septic tank all the way until they see the bottom of the tank

This company was extremely easy to work with, very reasonably priced for the services we needed. 100% would recommend.

HORRIBLE customer service. The woman answering the phone was very unprofessional and rude. Didn't want to take the time to set up an appointment then when we did she didn't want to tell us the time of the appointment/tried to hang up before telling us when the appointment was. Also stated that it would be normal to have a full septic tank after 3 months.

Did a good job with pumping tank but not so good at submitting proof of pumping to county , county issued a failure for not pumping citation , called county rep and didn't even have to give name of company that did it he said they don't send in information regularly.

I called them on a Friday at 5 PM. I was having issues with a blocked septic tank. John, the tech, what is there in less than a half an hour. He displayed the utmost of courtesy and professionalism. I highly recommend them.
