Poor customer service! Not by the men who come to the home and do a great job! But by the woman in the office answering the phones and doing the scheduling. Rude and disrespectful to my elderly parent! What has happened to good customer service!?! Be Aware! She is giving your company a very nasty first impression!

The woman that answers the phone is extremely rude, she could use a course in customer service. She does not submit to county when service is complete. Save yourself the headache and go through elsewhere for septic pumping.

The woman answering the phone was very snotty. She rudely contradicted the information the service tech gave us last time and said "you can believe him or you can believe me". We decided to buy our own power snake and take care of the problem ourselves.

I have nothing but good things to say about the company. Making an appointment was easy, they showed up when they said they would, cost was set when i made the appointment and didnt change. They did a very good job, and were very polite and answered any questions i had.

I have used them for years, had good experiences and like supporting a family business. We had a miscommunication this last year but Rick (3rd generation owner) quickly reached out and got things squared away.

I will continue to trust my septic work to them in the future!

We had Stanley Walter out today. Instead of going around the correct side of the house on the grass they chose to go through our pathway and my garden. Two plants were stomped to death and a ceramic bunny in the garden was decapitated. None of these things should have been in the way. Instead of removing the screws on the covers he yanked them up making our decorative stone fall in and all the screws are now bent to hell and won't go back in. The one cover is so pulled out of the ground we will have to put it back in. There are also large black stones left all over the grass.

I had a serious plumbing issue at my home, I called my plumber, Paul Morris, Morris Plumbing, which I also highly recommend, Paul need to call someone that had the jetting machine to handle my issue. Paul called Walter Stanley, Rick and his team arrived at my home in 2 hours of the call. Professionally and quickly identified the issue and corrected. The next day another issue arose, related to the first but NOT caused by the first repair. Once Rick was notified he arrived at my home with his team with-in 1 hour....corrected the 2nd issue, again professionally and quickly. I had my check book ready and Rick refused payment. He apologized for the inconvenience, even though the 2nd issue had nothing to do with the first. WOW....now thats what I call great service. By the way, if your wife (or husband) is concerned about plumbers making a mess in your home, no worries with Walter Stanley, Rick and his team. They take appropriate measures to ensure the carpets and floors remain clean. I highly recommend Walter Stanley if you have issues where there is a major blockage in your drain system, or any other of the services Rick preforms.

We have used this company or over 25 years never a problem with them. I called today because I had a question about something we got in the mail from another company they were very helpful and helpful I never have a problem with them. Twice we used 2 other companies when moving and they were booked and would never use those Two other companies again.

I just had Walter Stanley out to clean my septic tanks for a home I built two years ago. Being new to septic care, John took the time to explain to me what all was happening in the tank and made recommendations for care between now and the next cleaning. Great service, very reasonable price - I will definitely use them again.

This company is amazing. I had a septic tank emergency with a failed pump and I did not realize it until the tank was completely full. They came out in the morning the next day after I called them and pumped the tank, and then came back the next day to install a new pump. They educated me on how the system works and what I should be looking for.
I was very impressed with their service.

Josiah and Kevin came out to do our annual septic cleaning and did a fantastic job. We had a broken baffle and they both took the time to go in-depth to explain the importance of the baffle. They also made me an appointment for the following day to replace it. Very kind and very knowledgable of the work they do.
The following morning Harell came out and replaced the baffle. He was also very kind and knowledgable of the job he did. He also took the time to explain what he did and had recommendations for future care and maintenance. I would highly recommend Stanley Walter Septic Tank services.

Rick is absolutely fantastic. My septic system pump failed on my daughters 1st Birthday, which was on a Sunday. Rick was there within an hour. He’s patient and willing to take the time to educate you on how the system works and what preventative measures you can take to avoid having to call for service.

For several years we have had Walter Stanley pump out our septic tank and they helped us with an issue we had with over flow. They bend over backwards to help you and always go that extra couple of miles. We completely trust them. When I have called for service, I have been greeted with a sincere nice speaking helpful person. You will never go wrong calling Walter Stanley!

I highly recommend Walter Stanley for your Septic Tank Maintenance and Cleaning. They are quick.to come out and take care of the issues that arise. They come out regularly to clean my septic tank filter, but would only recommend and appreciate a follow-up call or, a note on the invoice as to any issues that may have caused the need for additional clearing / cleaning of the filter.
