Some truly amazing people work here! They were redoing the landscaping in front of my work yesterday, I was carrying in big cases of water and when the workers seen me they immediately came over to help me. I was seriously impressed by how kind, helpful, and hardworking they are. Deluca & Hartman really hires great people!

This morning during the snowstorm at approximately 11:30 a.m. I was leaving a business that they were clearly responsible for snow removal. I noticed one of their vehicles pushing snow in the parking lot and I positioned my vehicle so that both of our vehicles would in fact pass each other on the left just as we would be driving down the road and effectually steering well away from the plow truck. As I approached the exit of the parking lot the plow truck began to veer toward me in my direction and seemingly did not make any attempt to stop. He proceeded to lay on his horn for an extended period of time as if to say something was my fault. I only hope that there were cameras in the business parking lot that would testify to the fact that it was otherwise. As I left the parking lot and I approached the intersection of North Port Washington road and highway 167, I noticed the driver and the vehicle alongside of me and he began to berate and accost me with my young son in my vehicle. This individual had no business being behind the wheel of a plow truck and furthermore not only was he negligent in yielding right-of-way in the parking lot, he was also exhibiting road rage toward me while operating a company owned vehicle.

Just saw one of their pickup trucks try to side swipe a sedan in retaliation for cutting them off during rush hour traffic. Knowing nothing else about this company, I wouldn't work with them for this one reason. They were directly behind me and he showed no regard for the safety of everyone around him, least of all for the young woman behind the wheel of the sedan. Be human and show a little kindness and the world will be a better place.

To say I strongly recommend this company is a vast understatement! Top notch, stellar organization. They have been my preferred vendor for all my REIT properties here in WI. Paul treats every dollar in my budget as if it was his own. He is a creative mastermind and is an active presence on every project, ensuring quality and excellence is the standard operating procedure. The caliber of Paul and his crews is immeasurable.

Most snow removal companies are just in business to make money, Deluca and Hartman removes snow like it owes them money and is 6 months past due on rent. As soon as a lot has snow to push, they show up and take care of business, with a vengeance. Its almost like they're mad that snow would even dare to land on a lot they service. If you have a high traffic area that needs to be kept free of snow and ice around the clock, this is the company for you!
