I was contacted by them after an inquiry on Angie's List. They had someone come right out. They were great. I got my review shortly after. I accepted the estimate and then heard nothing. I called a month later and left a message and again have not heard anything. Not sure what happened, but I felt like my phone call should have at least been returned after I left a voicemail.

I was trying to have a fiber optic line installed in my condominium. There were issues with getting a path for the line to come into our basement to the connection box. I called N & N. They had an electrician out here within 2 hours who spent more than 2.5 hours getting the path cleared for the fiber optic line to come into the house for installation. The electrician (Eric) was efficient and very professional.

A few days later we needed some special cabling to finish the installation. Plus I was having security cameras installed. Eric was back that afternoon to assess the situation and install an outlet in our attic for the camera. The next morning he returned to install the necessary cable to finish the fiber optic installation.

I can't say enough good about the service we received from N & N Electric. I will not hesitate to contact them in the future for any of our electrical needs!

Our previous positive experiences led us to call N&N for this service. Even though this was a minor issue they treated it with the same professional and courteous service. Nick thoroughly explained the problem and promptly fixed it. It is so reassuring to know we have a reliable company to call for all our electrical needs. I highly recommend.

Matt arrived on time and ready to go. Personable, professional and efficient. N&N was one of the most customer-service oriented businesses we have ever dealt with. Definitely use them again, and refer them without question.

Arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly.
Removed old fixture and installed new one, taking away the old one for recycling. Seemed genuinely pleased to have my business. Plus, I love their digital customer interface that allows you to pick an appointment.

I looked on angie's list and N&N called soon as I was done! We had them move the thermostat and put motion lights and electrical in the garage. They are very professional and friendly people! Did a awesome job! I will definitely call them again when I need work done!

What an amazing pair it was to work with John and Sam!!! They were professional, funny, cordial and made sure everyone was happy with the service and repairs. Answered any and all questions (yes, even the stupid ones!) and made me feel at ease with the service and pricing. Will definitely call them again in the future and ask for John and Sam by name!!!

I contacted N&N to install some security features in my second home. I never heard back from them, but they continue to ask me to write a review of their services. It is difficult to review a company that never responded to your request for services! Based on my experience, i would not recommend them. I had to give one star or it wouldn't let me post. They should have zero stars.

Found N&N through Home Advisor. Amazed at how quickly I could schedule an appointment. Arrived on time and completed all the little items on my check list - replacing outlets, repairing a GFCI, and checking for hot circuits and capping them off in a no-longer-used wall box. Great service. I will use them again for other projects.

N & N installed a ceiling fan and two other light fixtures in our 50+ year-old house, at half the cost of our other estimates. It was easy to schedule an appointment online. The tech arrived on schedule and communicated effectively. When a couple of post-installation glitches arose, N & N quickly and effectively took care of the issues. We would use them again for electrical remodeling work.

Was able to come out same day to address an electrical issue. The electrician was very professional, fixed the issue, and was very reasonable.

Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because only one day after I received the invoice on a holiday weekend, I got non-stop calls/voicemails from their automated system every 30 minutes or so for a total of over 25 calls that day until I submitted payment. I understand the importance of paying invoices promptly, but that was just overkill and I hope was just an error with their automated settings and since fixed.

I asked a builder friend for a recommendation on a quality electrical contractor for some work at our home.
He suggested N & N. I now know why. They were great. We had a fair estimate, and the final bill was actually lower! They communicated well with me, were right on schedule, and did quality work on with no wasted time. Follow-up to a question was great. 5 star rating and recommendation from me.

Matt was great. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Very patient with a senior woman who asks a lot of questions! I have an old home with many quirks and he knew just what needed to be done. I will keep N&N in my repair contacts and use them for all future needs. Thanks to N&N staff.

We had N&N come over and do a variety of work at our house. The team they sent over were very efficient, cleaned up their work areas, and recommended ways for us to complete the work at the lowest cost. All in all, a very good experience.

N & N has done extensive electrical work in my home, from minor repairs to rewiring and installation of lighting. The team is fabulous. Intense about their work and thoughtful in dealing with clients and their wishes. I highly recommend them for their expert, prompt, and courteous service.

Contacted N&N to install 20Amp outlet. They didn't show up during the scheduled time but did call me to say they wouldn't be able to make it that day. Was able to reschedule it for a couple days later. Very nice electrician - quick, quality job. Will use them again.

Loved working with N & N Electric. We needed quick service and attention as we needed to get several large and small items evaluated and fixed to close on our rental house. They were very responsive and the electrician was thorough and gave options for us to get the work done correction and thoroughly. He crawled around a small, VERY hot and dusty attic crawl space to ensure that all of the wiring in an older home would be to code. He stayed extra time to get the job done right and was friendly, patient and very competent. Would most definitely recommend N & N Electric. Their rates were very reasonable. Honest, knowledgable and dependable.

N&N Electric has been great to work with! We have a standard ranch home that we upgraded with recessed lighting. They gave me a very reasonable rate, and I love that they were easy to chat with via text messaging. The guys doing the work were hard workers, respectful of my home and my wishes, and finished in a timely manner. I highly recommend N&N Electric and will continue to use them in the future!

N-N responds quickly to a request for service. Their estimating process is simple to understand, Their rates are competitively priced. The work was scheduled.
