Had Traditions do uplighting on our house in Shorewood. We love how it turned out. We had two neighbors ask us who did our lighting in the first week! Phil and his crew did a great job!

Professional courteous service with no need to string, store, repair and replace your lights. I thought a part was missing and had a response about it at 6:30 on a Saturday morning, and someone came out to fix it only for me to realize (after they had been here and hooked it up) that it was my error. We are grateful their business exists.

This company is wonderful. They announce their schedule and make it happen. We’ve hired them since their business started. We are very pleased!

Lovely lights, but they keep spamming my cell phone with text messages without permission (I never gave them my contact info), and despite unsubscribing and blocking their numbers several times. It's a shame for a local company to do this.

Of all the professionals who have come to do projects and maintenance in our home over the years Traditions is by far the most professional, responsive and willing to go above and beyond to satisfy customers. We recently had our house on the market and a potential buyer requested an evening showing the next day. Despite his full schedule, Phil Sutter adjusted his schedule and spent 7 hours troubleshooting our landscaping lighting to ensure our back yard was looking its best after dusk. No extra charge for this, no frustration at the last minute request. Instead he was more concerned that we had a successful showing and an offer on our house. I wholeheartedly recommend Phil and his team for any landscape or other lighting projects. Thank you, Phil!

Traditions has been a delight to work with. After being customers for many years, they put our lights up as usual. We realized some were broken (old lights) and our lights didn't look as they have in the past. I emailed our contact and between 5-7 pm we came up with a plan. At 9am the next morning the crew was here everything was finished! Amazing customer service! THANK YOU! Would absolutely recommend!

My place of work has used Traditions Lighting for two holiday seasons to light our resort-style clubhouse. The lights have been amazing and have held up wonderfully. We did have an incident where the weather was so bad it blew some of the lights off the roofline, but they sent a crew up to fix it as soon as they could. Highly recommend their company, customer service is friendly too!

Traditions Specialty Lighting was one of our favorite vendors we chose for our wedding day! The reception was everything I envisioned and more!
