Eric was here today to repair a leak in the waterline that leads to our ice cube maker and water dispenser. He was friendly, on-time, and explained the problem. Rates are very reasonable. We have used Sixth Sense in the past. Always have been extremely happy with their service. I recommend them for all your appliance repairs.

Russ was brilliant as a repairman He was excellent in fixing our ice maker in the refrigerator, They were successful in getting and assembling new parts and now it works great. He was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. Next we had him take a look at our dishwasher. We highly recommend this company.

I called to schedule an appointment for our dryer. Eric helped me troubleshoot over the phone. Based on his experience with our dryer brand, he recommended soaking/scrubbing the lint screen to remove any build up from dryer sheets over the years. So that evening I scrubbed the lint screen - and guess what - a load that would have taken 90 minutes to dry before - only took 20 minutes now. I am so thankful for his help.
