Jake was awesome! We had our wood fire placed serviced by him. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and kind. Could not recommend this company more!

Dave did a fantastic job. He explained everything to me on the damaged we have and how to get us back up and running again. He left brochures and his card. Very kind and professional.

We had Royal Chimney out to clean and inspect our wood insert stove back in January of 2025. Del came out and was very thorough in his cleaning and explanation of how to use the fireplace as my fiancée and I had just purchased the house the month prior. In October of 2025, we again had Royal Chimney service out, albeit with a different technician. Other than the 2nd technician spending a considerably shorter time here than the first, I thought all was well. Three weeks ago, the fireplace backdrafted for no apparent reason. Jake, the service technician manager, came out today himself and re-cleaned the unit himself at no charge. He explained possible causes and what to look out for and even offered to stop back out in two months to confirm all is well.

Dave came out to try to get our gas insert working and spent a lot of time troubleshooting and trying everything he could to get it to work. Ultimately he could not but he is following up and was a great person to work with. Super reasonable and understanding with the situation. I would highly recommend Dave at Royal Chimney.

I cant say enough about the quality of service and the kindness that this company showed to me. My fire place was not working and my furnace broke down. The motor on the furnace had to be ordered. I called Royal Chimney and their office personnel-KIm and Jackie, were incredibly kind. One of them called me and told me of a cancellation. Jake came out and completed a thorough check of the fireplace and remedied the situation. He even called the company that made the fireplace to check out the timer. I would highly recommend this company as their service and attention to detail were outstanding. If there were stars I would give it to them for going above and beyond. It is wonderfully refreshing to find such kind and caring people.

We had a great experience with the service provided by Jake from The Royal Chimney Sweep. We had an issue with our gas fireplace not firing up correctly. Jake was right on time, courteous, explained everything to our satisfaction, and performed a much-needed tuneup on our gas fireplace. He was able to address our primary concerns and we now have a great-working fireplace and are ready for the rest the Winter has to throw at us.

I recently had my 80 year old stone chimney rebuilt from the roof line up. From the very first inspection and quote (Del) through the excellent detailed work (Josh and Evan) I felt I'd made an excellent choice with Royal Chimney. At all times I was treated with respect. I am totally pleased with the results. I've received many compliments from neighbors. Worth every penny.

Jake came to fix my gas fireplace today… I was having issues with the fire not wanting to stay lit. He called in advance to troubleshoot and came prepared for all of the possibilities he had narrowed it down to. He ended up having to replace the unit and spent extra time here to do it. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and so friendly to deal with. I have worked with him before and have always had an excellent experience. And my fireplace is now working perfectly!
