Andy was very friendly and helpful. I am so glad to get the sump pumps put in. I will continue to contact ProServ when I have more plumbing needs.

ProServe was wonderful. Their plumber was very nice and explained everything well. He was also very efficient and clean. I would definitely use them again!

I called at 7am and they had a tech come out same day. Excellent in communication and provided a few options for repair. Ultimately I opted for a replacement of furnace and they were able to accommodate same day. Very appreciative for the prompt and professional service!

My wife had been cleaning my late sister's home for the past several weeks, and today, a Sunday, she walked into the house to discover the kitchen faucet was running and overflowing into the kitchen, and progressively getting worse. There was no shut-off valve below the sink, and she could not find the main shut-off anywhere in the basement. She even asked a neighbor to see if he could locate it but he couldn't either, while I was a hundred miles away.

On this day most plumbers were closed or did not answer their phone, and the few that did were not exactly brimming with helpfulness. I came across Pro Serve and spoke to Jon who picked up my call immediately. He could not have been any nicer. He dispatched someone to the residence where the shut-off valve was immediately located in an incredibly remote area. As a safety precaution, the plumber also suggested that he shut off the gas on the water heater since we would not be using it.

The cost was remarkably fair for a Sunday emergency. If I lived in the Milwaukee area permanently, and despite the fact that their service in our case was quite rudimentary, Pro Serv would have immediately become my number one plumber of choice. The way they handled our situation today, with a sense of urgency, courtesy and fairness, tells me they know what they're doing, so for me, it's a good bet they're pretty darn good plumbers as well.

Called Jon on a Sunday and he came out Monday at noon arriving on time. Very friendly, easy to talk to, and patient answering my questions and tending to my curiosity of his troubleshooting. He didn’t try to upcharge, make complicated explanations or dilly-dally. He was straight to the point, added refrigerant and was on his way. Invoice came in exactly as expected, no surprises. He came to do his job and move on. Very trustworthy guy and would not hesitate to reach out to him again!

Tech arrived on time. Introduced himself and explained what he would be doing. Through check of the unit was done including rinsing off the coils.

Office staff was courtesy and quick to return my call.

Was apprehensive about changing to a different service company but now could kick myself for not doing it sooner!

Good price, quality work and took the time to explain various aspects of the AC replacement. When a problem arose (not their fault!) Jim came back the next day and fixed it. They’ve done other installations for me and have two friends in the construction trades who use them exclusively.

We had Proserve do an installation of a new dishwasher. They came highly recommended from a family friend.

As part of the installation they also removed our old dishwasher. Andy our plumber was amazing. He took his time to make sure our countertop and cabinets were not damaged during this process. He patiently answered our questions and explained each step of the process.

Jon the owner of Proserv was great with getting us our estimate and answering our questions about the upcoming installation.

We certainly will use Proserve again for future home projects.

I - like many of my fellow of Milwaukee residents - experienced catastrophic flooding in August, 2025. I lost my furnace and my hot water heater. My next-door neighbors had a ProServ truck in their driveway within days and their service was completely restored. I called the number on the truck and had a hot water heater within two days and a furnace within three. They were a true lifesaver.
