Bought garden soil on sale for a great price!

I was checking out with 4 garden plants at the self checkout. The service girl was to busy on her phone to even offer to help me with bagging my plants. Personal phones should NOT be aloud on the floor when their working.

Working with Andrew Thurman was a pleasure. He helped me pick out the correct refrigerator in-store online. I highly recommend him when you go to the Home Depot store on 124th in wauwatosa. Ben the plumber with Home Depot had to come to my home because I needed a shut off valve before they could install the new refrigerator and remove the old refrigerator Ben did an excellent job installing the shut-off valve. The whole crew was very professional.

Came for tomato cages - said there were 200 in stock. Asked three employees for help and best I got was “uh not sure.”

waiting for trees to be replaced that died after installed. Going on 2 years now. Voice mail always full.
Still waiting for dead pine in front of building to be replaced, they just cut it down and have not been back to replace it. Additional trees that were added dead in front of building dead, several patches of dirt vs grass,

We had designs done with them last year. And we're looking to finalize and firm up the plans to get started this spring. Then we got no responses. And their voicemail system was full so you couldn't even leave a message. It was very disappointing because we loved their plans and the people we had engaged with.
The non responsiveness coupled with their flaky voice messaging system from their number gave us pause to go forward. (Not like we could anyways since there was no responses to email or couldn't even leave a voicemail!)
It definitely made it seem like they were a fast approaching defunct business.
Maybe we were victims of the COVID transition, maybe something else.
This is one mystery I never got to solve. -
On May 28 2015 they sent me an email stating their contract software was down, simply reply to the email and they would start cutting my lot at the agreed prices. I drove by the lot in June to make sure it was being cut, the lot was cut at that time. On July 26 I received notice from the city that my grass was a nuisance and needed to be cut by July 28. I called Breckenridge and they had never received my e-mail. Instead of 50 dollars to cut a 1/4 acre they now wanted 200 dollars to cut it by July 29, which obviously didn't work for me. Quadruple the price just because I need it done, jerks.

Excellent service for every price range! My husband and I moved in to our first home last year and really wanted a new patio for our backyard. We are on the "weekend warrior" budget so we tried to come up with a design ourselves which proved difficult to say the least. After extensive research on houzz and other websites, we found Eric Weishaar of Breckenridge Design. We never thought we would hire a landscape architect to design our patio but now we could not imagine doing it any other way! Eric came up with a beautiful design that reflected not only our first home, but our personalities as well . Eric was very responsive, detail-oriented (giving us "builder plans" with all of the proper measurements), and helpful. He even took the time to discuss building tips and materials with us.
We started working on the patio last fall and can't wait to finish it this spring! We would highly recommend Eric for anyone looking for a professional design/plans at a very reasonable price. -
From beginning to end, Craig @ Breckenridge was superb. He was easy to work with, spelled out everything in detail (especially pricing) and his communication was on point ALL.THE.TIME. This is not always the case with landscaping companies. Furthermore, the workers were diligent, friendly, helpful and hard working! I have a 'dream patio' thanks to Breckenridge. Stone patio, fireplace wall, pergola, plantings. The whole package. Gorgeous. They even fixed an issue with the lot line! (uneven grass) I could go on and on. Bravo Breckenridge!

We loved what they showed at the spring home show for our outdoor project. We scheduled time to meet with Craig, and everything was very professional. He said we would get a quote within 2 weeks. After two weeks, we reached out because we had not heard anything. He replied back to say that after looking at our project, he wanted an engineer to come out to take a look because of the structure of the house. We replied back, and then heard nothing, and no one called to schedule the engineer. While we loved the work we saw, it left us thinking that our $50,000+ money was not good enough for them. We signed with another company after Craig never responded. When I saw him at the home and garden show last week to tell him not to bother with the engineer and that we decided to go with someone else, he seemed releaved and said "ok". The lack of follow up and communication would leave me to believe that you should document every part of the contracts with them.

Breckenridge landscaped put in a new patio/outdoor space 6 months ago and it looks even better today. The team at Breckenridge was professional, courteous and on time. Thankyou Craig and Team for adding a wonderful space for us to enjoy with friends. And yes, we always get great comments from friends and neighbor's and they always want to know who did the work. Of course, we tell them....

Breckenridge Landscaping did a fabulous job, we had them do our whole yard. Craig came up with a great design and them executed it well. We have been loving our yard. Our neighbors have been very complementary and say what a beautiful job Breckenridge has done. Everyone we worked with were very professional and great to work with.

I hired Breckenridge to do a paver walkway and some plantings. The owner, Eric, was very professional and helpful. Eric suggested buried downspouts, which I had never thought of. This really made the project look more clean and neat. It also made mowing easier. He also assisted me with picking out the perfect bricks for the project. Lastly, he picked low maintenance plantings which really finished off the project nicely. I highly recommend this business.

Breckinridge 's design plans for our new patio in our backyard were very unique and not at all like the basic designs were were getting from other Landscape companies. We knew immediately after seeing their design that we would contract with them. They were very professional, patient with all of our questions, and when they started the work, it was done all in one week. We enjoyed our experience so much, we will be using them to redesign our front yard.
