James came to my house to replace some lights. He was prompt and very personable. We ran into some issues that had been persistent and he made suggestions for a work around that worked beautifully. It took longer than expected but he never made me feel rushed. I thought the prices were fair. I especially like the fact that i was given the price of the job upfront. It was a set rate as opposed to hourly. It made my budgeting so much easier. Thank you James

1) 3 additional power outlets from an existing one.
2) addition of Google Camera
3) Replace a light fixture.

Mister Sparky was on top of their game when the came out to replace some conduit for my pool equipment. Mario was the electrician who initially came out to look at the job to give an estimate ; but then told me he had time to do it immediately. I was very happy with their great customer service and quality of work. Kasey, their office manager, was able to move up my appointment by a week. The service was reasonable and I was happy with the quality of work. I highly recommend Mister Sparky for your residential electrical needs.

Mario was fantastic. I live in an older condo. It's full of weird electrical quirks that don't make much sense to a non-electrical person like me. Mario sorted them all out and got them working again. He had a little time left on his hour, and he used it to take my non-working ceiling fan apart to make sure it really was broken and not in need of a minor fix.
He gave me great advice about a fan replacement -- just what I needed to know before walking into Home Depot and fending off salespeople who'd try to sell me their most expensive model.
Mario was so pleasant AND so knowledgeable. It was great having him come, and I highly recommend him as an electrician.

We recently moved into an older home and this team was prompt in helping us replace all our two-prong outlets to the standard / up-to-code three-prong outlets

We have a dimmer switch in our kitchen that stopped working & room was mostly dark. Mister Sparky was able to got Josh out at our home, same day to fix! Yeah, now we have light, again! Thanks for caring & working late to help us, Josh .. & Dispatcher, Rob!

Booked over the weekend and had someone here by Tuesday. They were professional, courteous, explained exactly what they were doing, and took the time to tell me what had happened.

Finished!!! These folks are the most hard working, honest, dedicated people who will ever work on electric for you. We are very pleased with all the work done by the Mr. Sparky crew. The boss is hands on and he took “ownership “ from the start. From the office personnel to the “shoe booty brigade”, top notch outfit all around!! Would recommend for all your electrical needs!!

Installation of a bathroom exhaust fan and vent to the outside. The technician was on time and friendly. He accomplished the installation of the vent and fan in two and one-half hours. He cleaned up the area. I would highly recommend Mr.Sparky of Waukesha to anyone who needs electrical work.

James was professional and clean. He explained everything that needed to be done and gave me a detailed estimate before he began the work. When the work was done he left the area he worked in clean. The work took about 3 hours and during that time James made several trips outside to his van and didn’t let my cat escape once. Great job done and I will use them again!!

James came out today to provide us with a quote to replace a very old outdoor outlet. Very friendly and professional and appreciated that he took the time to explain the work. I ended up telling him I wanted to move forward and he was able to complete the work the same day since they had availability. Very happy to have one more thing checked off our to-do list and will definitely give Mister Sparky a call when we need electrical in the future. This was my first time using Mister Sparky of Brew City and I couldn’t be more pleased. They were able to give me a ballpark estimate over the phone (my previous electrician would not do that), which was confirmed on site. Their communication before, during and after the appointment was outstanding. Pricing was very fair and work quality was excellent. Jim, the Master Electrician, was great to work with - on time, respectful, courteous and communicative. Mister Sparky definitely deserves a 5-star rating!
