I appreciate ALCS calling the day before service so I know when to expect the arrival of my lawn technician. Today, Keenan emailed a me a quick summary service report with photos and suggestions on how to keep my lawn looking fabulous.

We have been a customer of ALCS for 5 years. They do a great job! Timely, courteous and efficient. The technician always takes the time to discuss the treatment and answers any questions we may have.

ALCS and my technician Keenan are wonderful to work with and do an amazing job! They will always call the day before application so that I have a heads up. When they called yesterday to let me know they would be applying the weed and feed to my front lawn, I asked if they could also add the backyard. I usually do not do this because I have dogs but the dandelions were becoming unmanageable! They happily obliged, Kevin came out today and did a great job and also did the backyard for me. Thank you ALCS and Kevin! Easy to work with company, they do a great job and would highly recommend!

We have a new yard, ALCS evaluated our lawn/grass growth status and status of the turf, they provided us with the proper fertilizer treatment, proper cycle for new lawn growth, and made sure to use the proper applicator that would not damage the turf. Communication between all the staff was fantastic. What I really liked was how the technician gave me 5 minutes of his time to alleviate any of my concerns with the new yard.

In May of 2022, I was quoted $375 to remove a small planter in my front yard (rental house) that was lined with a circle of stones (about 3 levels). The dirt/plants were raised about a foot above the grass line. I needed the planter and dirt removed to prepare for a small pine tree stump removal that was in the middle of the planter. This was all discussed with ACLS. Initial thoughts was that $375 was a fair price.

ACLS did the work and notified me so I got the Stump Removal company over a few days after. I got a call from the stump company that there was a huge mound of dirt around the pine tree. I told them to just proceed with the work and id deal with that after.

It turns out, after confirming with my tenants and the stump removal company, that ACLS only came over to remove the circle of stones around the planter. Did not remove any of dirt or plants inside (my tenants actually re-planted all the plants inside the planter after ACLS left that day).

Now ACLS is quoting me $250 to clean up the huge pile of dirt left over after the stump removal - which is huge because they did not do the job in the first place. Playing devils advocate against my own opinion, they may not have been able to completely remove the planter due to the tree roots? Maybe the reason for the half-job? Probably enough to have them reduce the price?
I attempted to reason with them on a fair price, but they would not budge on the cost of the original $375 where they literally just came over to remove some stones (something that would have taken me an hour with my pickup truck to do myself).

As a comparison, I had that same stump removal company remove a similar stump in back yard. I was able to clean up the debris in about 30 minutes. The pile of dirt in my front yard would likely take me a few days.

Management team is unreasonable; probably not the best company to work with if you have another option. $375 lost isn't the end of the world, but if I can save a few people from a similar situation that is worth the 10 minutes this review took.

Based on the ALCS Response Below: They are trying to deflect my frustrations to the stump removal company and/or the second $250 quote they gave me to clean up. Clearly, frustrated with them doing about 25% of the quoted work (for $375) which created the huge mess following stump grinding. Normal companies would admit this and work it out with clients.

I’ve had Rob as my technician for two recent visits, and he’s been excellent each time. The office staff is prompt and friendly, and the entire process is efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend supporting this local business!

We’ve been really happy with ALCS. Our lawn looks great. We used another service for a while and we weren’t impressed. Then we spent a couple years trying to manages weeds and fertilizer on our own but it was a lot of work and not our specialty. We decided to try ALCS and it’s been a great choice. They’re also reasonably priced. Kevin did a great job on our lawn today.

After using a larger service the last 5-6 years and having multiple issues with service and customer service we decided to switch services this year. I had previously not heard of ALCS but based on the reviews and pricing decided to give them a shot. I am glad we did. The customer service, communication and actual service has been great. Our lawn looks great! We have had our lawn aerated every year for the last 3 years and never saw the amount of new growth that we saw this year. We will definitely be using ALCS moving forward!

ALCS always does a great job -- Scott is the best. Through, respectful and offers opinions on the needs and care of the lawn. Really good guy and company. Used them for several years and will continue.

We have greatly appreciated the services provided by ALCS Lawncare this past season. They proactively communicate with us prior to each treatment and keep us informed throughout the process. When we needed to reschedule a treatment, they were exceptionally accommodating. Overall, our lawn appears green, well-maintained, and healthy in comparison to our neighbors'. We have been very satisfied with the services provided by ALCS.

I'm a new middle aged customer who is landscaping and caring for mine and 94 yr old mom's Brookfield yard that is need of some TLC. First Adam came out and explained the whole process of a season's worth of ALCS treatment. He also patiently listened as I explained what I've done and what needs attention. His application resulted in a lush rejuvenated lawn Well Done! The second tech to come out was Robert who also listened attentively while I described the Creeping Charlie situation. Not only did he apply the herbicide to the lawn he also went above and beyond and applied it to the various garden borders. That extra step saved me the time and effort of going around and spraying those areas myself. Plus the ALCS formula of herbicide was extremely effective and even stubborn Creeping Charlie didn't stand a chance. ALCS has saved our yard and I would gladly recommend them.

A month after ALCS asked their customers to post reviews in order to win a free year of service, they tried to jack up the prices of services over 35%!!! When I asked about it, they gave me the usual nonsense you get during a bait and switch. Terrible that they treated a longtime customer like this. I left ALCS for Naturescape and am not looking back!

Robert did a great job fertilizing my lawn - fast and efficient. ALCS Lawn Care is top notch. They’re very good with communicating, always professional, and reasonably priced.

They do a great job coming and getting the lawn done in a timely manner and always call 24-48 hours ahead of time so you know when they are coming.

I have used ALCS lawn care for the last three years. I find them very easy to contact and they are willing to answer and help with any of my lawn care needs. I have had only a small increase since I first started with them. You also can get a discount if you pay in advance for a year of service. Scott treated my lawn today in a very professional way. First year using ALCS. They have been great! They always call and give you a heads up a couple days before they come and my yard has looked great all summer. They give you a nice after visit summary and give recommendations with what they see in your yard. It was nice to not have to worry about my lawn except for cutting it. Will definitely be using them again!

Thankyou Kevin for fertilizing & winterizing my lawn for the final application of the season. My grass never looked so good! I will surely call ALCS again next Spring.
