I have had Creative Construction perform restoration work on my home on two occasions. The first job involved renewing the stucco and timber exterior or my house, and the second job involved tuckpointing repair that was done initially by a different company. In both instances, I was extremely happy with the outcome. Bingo and his team know older homes and the care it takes to perform the job correctly. I made the mistake of going with a lower bid on the initial tuckpointing project, and the result was that I needed Creative Construction to come out and clean up the mess left by the prior contractor. If you have a historic home and bid out the work, I urge caution in going with the lowest bidder. I learned my lesson the hard way. I highly recommend Creative Construction. Bingo was referred to me by my home inspector on a house that we had an accepted offer on. The house had EIFS siding, which is a bit unusual for SE WI, and the inspector said that Bingo is the go-to guy in the state for dealing with EIFS. I spent nearly 2 hours with Bingo at the house, as he meticulously inspected the siding, the first time by sensory evaluation, the second time with an instrument which confirmed his preliminary evaluation. The cracks in the siding and around the improperly-installed windows caused water to collect behind the siding. That could destroy the siding (and potentially a lot more) if not remedied. Bingo provided an estimate along with an explanation of the necessary work, which we presented to the sellers. Unfortunately, the sellers chose to walk away from the deal (and we later found out that we were the second set of buyers for this house). Though we lost out on the purchase, we were saved from a potentially catastrophic loss down the road. We will call Creative Construction if we need work done on our house or future purchase -- thank you very much, Bingo!!!

A part of my plaster ceiling fell in and I had no idea who to call. I emailed a few places, and they responded promptly and helped me out. Other places didn't contact me back timely or were gereic form replies.
Free estimate came out quick and explained it in plain english. Setup a time to fix shortly after.
Workers showed up timely, were polite and professional and the work looks great!
It was a little expensive, but you get what you pay for!

I was really looking forward to working with this company. After meeting with Bingo twice I received an estimate, they took a large piece of stucco from my garage for paint matching, but never returned my call or returned to start the work. The reviews are misleading and this company is unreliable. I should have received a call back or something indicating they were disinterested or unable to do the work discussed.
