Electrical reviews in West Bend, Wisconsin

Great products and service.

I always find fast and friendly service at Hein Electric

They don’t want your business if you don’t have an account and are paying cash… I stopped in asked the price of a light fixture and he couldn’t (wouldn’t?) give it to me… same for any material…

Steve fulfills all our buisness needs. Excellent store and service

Master Electric has serviced all of my properties. The team has done an extraordinary job. They arrive in a timely fashion and and are always professional. I highly recommend them for any electrical needs you may have!

I have used Chad and his team for their electrical services for the past 4-5 years. They are reliable, honest, and work to get us on their schedules without much of a wait. 5-stars from me! Great service and always friendly.

The Master Electric team did an awesome job with our project. 10k Generac generator was installed at my home. We have had a couple of outages since installation. The unit worked right on gue . Thank you to Chad and the whole team.

Master Electric was our primary electrician for the better part of 10 years. Chad (the owner) and his team were always professional, curious and friendly. I do not believe there was one challenge they did not handle. Downtown Milwaukee or the suburbs on a brand new home build, Master was our first choice.

We recently had a project together. Chad and the team were awesome partners! Quick to respond, creative in the field and delivered a high quality installation. We look forward to many more projects together!

Fantastic service at a fair price! Will be using them going forward 🤘

We have used Master Electric at our Stores for the last 24 years.
Master Electric does quality work, great service at a great price.
The entire staff is knowledgeable and very professinal.

Great service. Quick response. Affordable pricing. Highly recommend.

Good communication, arrived on time, performed scope of work requested, cleaned up mess when they were done!

Had master replace some light fixtures, outlets and add a ceiling fan. Everything went smooth and was looking great. However, the ceiling fan we purchased ended up being defective. Master was out the next day to replace with a new one we bought which also ended up being defective. We ordered a different one and they were here the next day after it arrived to get it replaced. Responsive and great customer service! Highly recommend

I highly recommend Master Electric. There quality and pricing is exceptional.

Excellent work. Attentive to detail is unsurpassed. They are also on time and are committed to assuring our needs were met.

Excel has been my go to electrician for decades, both personal residential and for my commercial business, new construction as well as remodel. I am in the trades myself and have seen many electrical contractors work, that’s why I only use Excel!!

Great experience working with Master Electric.

Master Electric is a pleasure to work with. They've met tight deadlines and provided quality workmanship everytime. Chad has always answered calls, and texts promptly, and proves to be an expert in his field. Our working relationship goes back some years, and we consider them to be our house electricians for all our needs.
Whether it was the New installion of our 400 ton Stamping press, and feed line, to our office and facility lighting, to outlets for security cameras, I knew it was handled.
The team shows up on time, always completed the work discussed and several times finishing early, walked me through what was done, and made sure I was satisfied with everything they completed before they leave. They've always clean up before leaving and usually cleaner than it was.
I Highly recommend Master Electric for Home, Facility maintenance, emergency electrical, and industrial power solutions.
