They have cleaned my house and were very professional. Honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else. With having kids it is hard to keep up sometimes. They went up and above all the standards I was expecting. I highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

This company started cleaning for us in October of 2014 when we purchased our building. In March of 2017 one of our employees saw them leaving our parking lot with our patio furniture in the back of their truck on a Saturday afternoon as she was coming in to work. I called them about it. Initially they tried to deny that they took it and acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. When I told them I had an eye witness and reminded them we have video cameras in the office, they admitted they had it and would return it. They claimed that the people who owned the building before us told them they could take whatever they weren't using from the basement. That story is ridiculous, as we purchased the building, which included all furniture and fixtures. We were also in the building for 9 months before we purchased the patio furniture, and they had been cleaning for 3 years before they took the furniture from the basement. Draw your own conclusions, but we fired them and had the police involved in the theft.

Very poor customer service. Hired them to cut my lawn and do some maintenance, they show up about once every 10 days to cut the lawn. My yard is an embarrassment.. Did very little work for the maintenance but still over charged. I Do NOT recommend this company

It was really easy to submit a request to get a quote, and Sam was here at our home within 24 hours. He was very professional, listened to what we wanted to have done and provided a quote to us.

Our company has worked with Brant's the past few years mowing our clients' properties and they've done a great job. Brant, Caleb, and the rest of the team are great to work with!

We've had Brant's as our lawn and snow removal company for a long time and are completely satisfied with their service. They work with us to solve any issue we may have. I would highly recommend them.

I don't know how their communication is with existing customers, but I can say that their responsiveness to a potential new customer is nonexistent. Back in June I tried to contact them through their website and by phone, but I could only leave messages despite multiple phone calls (nobody answered). Two weeks later, I finally got a message responding to my website request, and when I advised that I had found someone else, I got a response saying that they only just figured out how to access their website inquiries and basically promised to do better if I chose to contact them in the future. Around Thanksgiving I sent another message through their website inquiring about 2025 services, and as of two weeks later I have no response at all. Tried calling once, got no answer and their voicemail doesn't even mention the business name. I'm done with them.

Excellent service! The crews are very professional, and courteous. They ask me about length of cut (I'm picky), they are fastidious with their work, always clean up after themselves, they are great. I always did my own yard work, but I needed to finally hire a service, and darn it, they do a MUCH BETTER and professional job than I ever did. I'm very happy I hired them, and will continue to use them well into the future.

There have been issues with quite a bit of snow being left on the driveway in large sections every time they've come over the past week, althought they did return to fix the issues. This last snow storm, the workers rammed large snow piles directly into our our 17 foot wide elevated front porch. The contact with our home was so forceful it could be heard throughout the house. The workers were in no way apologetic nor did they rectify the issue. As of this time we don't know if structural damage has been done because the foundation is buried behind under 5 feet of snow intententionally moved there. Additionally, two voice messages and a text have gone without response from Brant's Lawn care. For 2 snowfalls we were charged $540, again without response to our serious concerns.

I would NOT recommend them! They tore up huge patches of grass; instead of trimming they "scalped" and took the grass down to ground, leaving just dirt; their snow plows left huge ruts in the lawns. They refused to fix the damage - they said it would only get fixed if our HOA paid $1,500 for "spring clean-up". I don't think fixing damage they caused should be part of spring clean-up, and the customer should not have to pay for it!

Called and asked for an estimate on some landscaping and was told that they are going to pass on the opportunity. No reason, just didn't want my business.

Received top soil for my garden. I received great quality soil very pleased. Also pleased with the the professional and fast returned calls. Very pleasant to talk to as well as lots of great advice and tips on having a great garden.

Dealt with Scott regarding lawn rolling. The job did get done, but not without concerns.

I provided complete details including total acreage and an overhead picture of the yards in scope for yard rolling. Scott provided a price of 350 dollars. Upon arrival, he claimed a misunderstanding and double charged, as if he did not understand multiple yards were in scope, even though acreage and photos were provided.

I'm not sure how much more detail a customer needs to provide in order for a "misunderstanding" not to happen.....I'd avoid this company if I were you. Not reputable in my mind.
