Brandon from Pieper was sent to my home by my home warranty company for an issue I thought was small, but turned out to be much larger. He is the most kind, professional, knowledgeable and skilled service provider I've ever had come to my home for anything. Pieper, you have a gem of an employee here, and he's helped me decide to be a customer for life! Thomas who helped me schedule things was also very kind and patient despite my anxiety about the situation.

Yeah just really happy with my service. The electrician came on schedule, promptly began investigating my issue, and even though it was indeed a confusing scenario, he worked through it and found the answer. He resolved it in no time after that. All the while he answered my questions and let me know what he was doing. He also noticed a switch he was looking at wasn't grounded, so he went ahead and grounded it for me.

I recommend Pieper Electric to others, and I'll be giving them a call if I need electrical work in the future.

I found my new local electrician.
I had an issue today on a Sunday morning and MG&E told me to call an electrician. I reached out to Pieper and we did some troubleshooting over the phone.
I called MG&E back and this time they said they would send someone to check my box outside.
The MG&E tech came and resolved the issue with my outside box.
I texted Pieper to let them know the problem was solved.

In the meantime Pieper’s technician traveled and showed up at my door only to find out The issue was solved. He never received my texts letting him know it was fixed.
He was super understanding and friendly throughout the process.

He ended up not charging me even though he could have been a jerk and charged $500 for the trip.

Through the whole process I learned a lot about how to read my own electric panels and meters but if I have ANY electric needs in the future, I will certainly go to Pieper and will refer them to anyone that asks.
