Troy’s crew replaced a roof for us on our cottage and they did a phenomenal job! They were there when they said they would be and finished in less than a day! They cleaned everything up and were very polite and professional! Our roof looks amazing! We will use them again for our siding needs!

Update: they did such a great job on the roof that we decided to have them do our new siding and soffit and fascia too!! They did a very professional job and were in and out.

Our house looks incredible, and we had an incredible experience to match with Badgerland.

We went into the experience knowing we wanted an updated look to the exterior of our house but wasn’t sure of our options. Troy took the time to educate us on our product options, different design features we could choose and how we could bring our vision to life. Initially, our out buildings weren’t a part of our plan, but his recommendation to include them to create a cohesive look at a value point we couldn’t refuse was the best decision we made!

He communicated with us every step of the process, was on time, and over delivered on the outcome. His crew was meticulous in their work, respectful of the property with minimizing disruption and noise, and were extremely skilled at their work and total cleanup of the property.

I’m confident the investment we made not only brings us extreme pride when we look at our home but will add value far beyond that!

A big huge shout out to Troy and his team. They did amazing job on our roof. When we scheduled our roof to be done with Troy, he came out, he gave us true estimates. He told us we would hear from him a quote with in a week and we heard from him in 3 days. He stood by the quote he gave us and price did not change. They came at seven in the am and done by four. Troy and his crews have been amazing to work with over the last 6 months. We first had Troy out to do the exterior painting on a home we were preparing to list for sale this spring. His crew were timely, hard working, friendly and professional. The house looked fantastic. We then used Troy to sell our home and purchase our new one. He went above and beyond for our family through a very stressful buying process to include connecting us to other tradesmen we needed to keep the sale on track. Once we had closed, we knew we wanted to use BPS and Troy for our new siding, soffits, fascia, and gutters. Even with rain and snow delays the jobs were completed quickly, professionally and our home looks amazing. Not to mention the price was far and away the best deal for this level of quality! Troy was regularly in contact or on site and the workers kept the site incredibly clean during the process. Our new neighbors have commented regularly about the great job that was done. Had our roof replaced and it looks great. Troy’s quote was very reasonable and the crew was very efficient and hardworking. Cleaned up the yard afterwards and hauled everything away. Looking forward to having shingles that are protected with scotch guard to resist the black streaks caused by algae. Highly recommend Badgerland Property Services.

I met Cole from badgerland after we recieved hail damage on our New 2 month old home. From our 1st meeting I felt extremly comfortable and knew that badgerland was the company to trust. Troy and his team have been great to work with!  We just had our interior painted and it looks amazing!  We initially met with Troy to get a quote and he not only provided a very reasonable quote, he also made a couple of great recommendations in regards to paint colors.  The painting crew was punctual, professional, and had amazing attention to detail.  The job was completed quickly and before the painters left they ensured our house was left spotless and that we were satisfied with their work.  I highly recommend Badgerland Property Service and I look forward to working with them again in the near future!

High-quality craftsmanship at a reasonable price (worth every penny). Very hard-working team! Badgerland replaced the vinyl panels on our screened porch with double-hung windows and insulated the porch floor and sealed it. You can't tell that it was replaced. It looks like it was originally installed.

I was sadly part of the Evansville hail storm but luckily I got to meet Troy and his team at Badgerland. My house was one of the first in the neighborhood to receive a new roof, siding and patio door. Everything was done efficiently and looks fantastic! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! We had a great experience with Badgerland. We had decided to completely change the exterior of our home- siding, roof, soffit, facia, trim, everything. Everything turned out beautiful and we couldn't be happier.

Badgerland installed new windows and siding for our home. The windows are excellent quality and so is the siding. Troy suggested LP framing around our windows and it was an excellent suggestion. It really made the windows look sharp, especially our custom window in the back of our home. The staff showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and communicated when they found anything that required our attention. They fixed anything that had aged or had damage. The work was as we expected and delivered the quality.

Badgerland Property Service is a great company to work with! They have great time management and are very professional. I was given a fair quote and the job was completed quickly and accurately. I couldn't be happier with the job Cole and his crew did.

Highly reccomend, affordable and easy to work with. We started by needing new soffit, facia and gutters. The finished product looked so awesome so we decided to reside the house too. We now have a fresh, new looking house for a great price. We will be using them again in the very near future for a new roof!

I was someone hit by the hail storm. After many searches and deceptions, I was recommended Badgerland Property Services. Troy was very responsive, communicated through out the whole process, and well priced. Other companies wanted to over charge or would not give me an estimate. Troy simply gave me one! Troy and his team from Badgerland Property Service were the absolute best group to work with when our massive non-profit home needed a new roof. It was a big project that badly needed to be done to preserve so much of the beauty, character and good wood of a Victorian home that was originally built in the 1890’s.

As a non-profit, we did our due diligence to search for the best combination of finding a team we trusted with our historic home who also understood that we work with a very modest charitable budget. We met and talked with several people before starting but felt the most comfortable with Troy who during this process became a really good friend who we could tell saw all the things we needed to have happen through our eyes.

Badgerland’s team is filled with tireless workers who are proud of their work and are professional, detail oriented, protective of our property and landscaping, have their roles and communication down like a well oiled machine and are meticulous with their cleanliness which is important to us. When they left our project yesterday after finishing, I turned to someone and said, “I will never forget those people!”
