Troy’s crew replaced a roof for us on our cottage and they did a phenomenal job! They were there when they said they would be and finished in less than a day! They cleaned everything up and were very polite and professional! Our roof looks amazing! We will use them again for our siding needs!
Update: they did such a great job on the roof that we decided to have them do our new siding and soffit and fascia too!! They did a very professional job and were in and out.

Troy and Badgerland Property Service-
Our house looks incredible, and we had an incredible experience to match with Badgerland.
We went into the experience knowing we wanted an updated look to the exterior of our house but wasn’t sure of our options. Troy took the time to educate us on our product options, different design features we could choose and how we could bring our vision to life. Initially, our out buildings weren’t a part of our plan, but his recommendation to include them to create a cohesive look at a value point we couldn’t refuse was the best decision we made!
He communicated with us every step of the process, was on time, and over delivered on the outcome. His crew was meticulous in their work, respectful of the property with minimizing disruption and noise, and were extremely skilled at their work and total cleanup of the property.
I’m confident the investment we made not only brings us extreme pride when we look at our home but will add value far beyond that!

Working with with Badgerland Property Services has been fantastic. Troy is very responsive, answered our questions and delivered above and beyond with our new roof. He and his crew arrived on time, and they worked efficiently and thoroughly to complete our roof in one day. The crew was friendly and did a great job cleaning up afterward. They only left two things behind; a a beautiful, new roof and a very satisfied customer.
His bid and final invoice were competitive and as expected. We are already talking to Troy about another project for our home!
