VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED!! I HAVE not had heat or hot water for almost 3 weeks in January at my house. it was installed by PAUL himself but yet he could not take care of my boiler and resolve my issues. VERY VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

Called to have my air conditioner hooked up. Told the lady what I needed and that everything was ready, just needed lines braised and unit pumped etc. She said no they wouldn't do that. I guess if my money isn't good enough for them now they won't have to worry about it anytime in the future. I'll be sure to let others kno

I have used A.M heating and cooling on our rental units we have in Woodville. They have been prompt and fixed things the first time they came out. I would recommend them for anyone needed Hvac work in the area.

I’m not sure how much experience Paul has with boiler systems, but he sure was rude to me. He changed out our computer, which was great, but then we started having other issues, our main floor wouldn’t get up past 69 even though we set it at 73. He came back and couldn’t figure out what was wrong so he told me “ I think you just need to accept that your house isn’t going to get up to 73 degrees when it’s this cold outside.”( this was during the -25 cold spell we just had) He also said I need to clean my radiators, even tho they weren’t dirty. I explained to him that our heat has never ran all day and not get up to the temp I set it at. I know my heat, I’ve lived here for 6 years! He said “ I’m not going to argue with you, everything is working fine.”
Wiersgalla came in and figured out that our pump was intermittently not working properly. If Paul would have just listened and cared a little more, he wouldn’t be getting this bad review. Needless to say, it’s no longer -25 outside but it’s also not 66 inside my house anymore either. Do yourself a favor and call Wiersgalla!

Very pleased! A.M. completed full installation on our new home in the fall of 2016. Brandon came out to show us how everything works (air exchanger, in floor heat, furnace, etc.). Have recommended to several friends as well!

We had A.M. Heating And Cooling put in our furnace and AC 16 years ago when we built our home. They have done all the service on our units ever since and we have been very satisfied. What I like best is Paul warns us ahead of time of maintenance we might need so we can save ahead for it rather than be surprised. Love supporting a family owned business that does a great job.

We had AM service our hot water heater today. We are very pleased with the honest and competent service they provided. Brandon went over and above by not only fixing the problem with the hot water heater, but also did some extra checking and found out that we did not have sufficient air flow in the home and some of the combustion air from the hot water heater was coming back into the home through our furnace. I highly recommend this family run business!
