This was my first time using Klassy Klean House Cleaning. I was charged for deep cleaning and I was asked by multiple staff members what specifically I wanted done or what was the main thing I wanted them to focuse on. I had said blinds, windows, basebords and the oven. I had left the house and came home to find out that the main things I had pointed out to the multiple staff members who said the task could be completed was not completed. Two hours of cleaning is what I was charged. I had to clean the items that was not done for an example baseboards in the open area (dirty with spots), some blinds, window, lights (dusty), oven (was self cleaned, but was not wiped out), and the front of some cabinets. I don't get why they would ask and then not fully complete the job and then leave an hour early from the three hours I was told it would take to clean the house. The house was already fairly clean. The baseboards in the open area of the house still had infant formula spots on them, so from what I could tell is that it wasn't even touched at all. I was planing on using Klassy Klean House Cleaning twice a year, but now I see that they do not need to step foot in my house again. I do not trust them to keep their word and do what they say they are great at. This was not a good first impression.

Klassy Klean never disappoints us. The team is on time, professional and they are attentive to every detail. The leadership communicates in a timely manner and they work very hard to meet our needs. They are always wanting to make sure we are satisfied and looks for ways to improve. You can’t go wrong with Klassy Klean. Give them a call.

Klassy Klean has cleaned our house twice now and I have nothing but positive things to say. The attention to detail is impeccable. I have used many house cleaners and services and have never been as happy as I am with Klassy Klean. They are professional, timely, quick and efficient. Their rates are competitive but their service is far beyond any others. I use them biweekly now.

Had Klassy Klean of Alabaster clean my empty house after renters moved out. They didn’t clean the fan blades, top of the refrigerator, none of the towel racks in the bathrooms or the exposed light bulbs in the bathrooms, the left oily places on the kitchen counters, and didn’t clean a single window or in the cracks of the window sills. They charged me $750 for poor work. She said she had 3 ladies there for 5 hours. I told them they didn’t have to Vaccum the carpet because it was being removed later. I went back in with pictures and asked her to have them go back. They cleaned off the top of the fridge and left the trash from the top of the fridge on the kitchen counter. I couldn’t find anything else they cleaned. Be leary of cleaning companies that bill you before they even tell you they have completed the job and let you see the work first. I can not recommend this company at all. The pictures tell the story of what they don’t do below.

Klassy Klean has been cleaning our house for some time now and they continue to be excellent. Their price is fair for the work they do. Their employees are WONDERFUL!!! They are always kind and leave the house in an excellent state. We have had no issues and highly recommend them!

I had given a 5 star review earlier, then I looked around better. My coffee table and end tables may have had a duster pater over them but they weren't cleaned and my kitchen island wasn't cleaned either. Also my master bathroom toilet wasn't cleaned well I cleaned it the rest of the way. To be honest, I'm beginning to feel the way I have to pick up my house so nothing is in their way so they can clean. They won't move anything out of their way and I seem to find thing to clean up after them everytime I might as well clean the house myself. I have no photos to include I already cleaned the things I noticed bc I didn't want to listen to my husband complain about it.

The team works well together and my whole house looks and smells so clean. They work with me when I occasionally need to make adjustments to my day and time. The team leader reviews all the work to ensure everything is done correctly and completely. I have been using Klassy Klean for several years. Love Becca and Allasia!!

We have used KK for several months on a bi-weekly schedule. Following the first few cleanings I would reach out to the office manager sharing my concerns with the cleaning. It appears that there is very poor communication if any at all with the cleaning crew(s). I would also respond to the evaluation text I would receive following each cleaning with a 1 or 2 out of 5. Never received any follow up so my wife would call and communicate the concerns. Cleaning after cleaning the same areas would be missed or poorly cleaned, windowsills would still have bugs and cobwebs and if we didn't personally dust they would still be there. Attention to detail is poor at beast, dusting pic frames was seldomly done, mirrors would remain streaked and visibly cleaned in a circular motion. If our mirrors were round it would have been ok but on square or round mirrors the corners and edges never got touched. Sofa cushions never straightened, lamps not dusted and on and on. For reference the first pic is water or tooth paste spots on mirror.

Working with health on the scope of work was a breeze, he was able to quote the job much less than the competition.

The crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. They were able to complete all the work early and even credited back the bob cat time that was unused.

Charged. 250 dollars for a on site. Sprinkler extension. Took about 20 minutes. spent a lot of money on lan. My error

I had them come and level out a 20x30 section for me. They brought material and a skidsteer and did a great job. I would highly recommend them and I will use them going forward.
