Rick is the best experience I’ve ever had with any type of service call. He’s attentive, informative, and friendly. He explains everything to where you can understand it, and he does not quit until the job is done.

Austin did a great job. He was polite, addressed the problem and gave clear next steps. 3D Air communicates very well and is easy to work with.

I started using 3D around a year ago, I’m so glad I did. They find the issue and fixes it.
Our technician yesterday was Audie he was great. He fixed the issue and showed me where the issue was. He suggested putting vinegar in the pipes once a month.
