Tony was wonderful. On time, professional and got the job done. He explained to me what he was doing and was determined to fix the problem at minimal cost to me. Just a heads up to anyone who has a bathroom vent coming out of their roof....but hardware mesh around the vent, otherwise squirrels may store their nuts there for winter. (Yes, this happened)

We had a pipe burst because of the cold weather and they were timely and completed the work the same day.

Capstone was nicely responsive to me on an emergency weekend call I made. They contacted me and walked me through getting my situation under control until Monday so I wouldn’t have to pay the after-hours fee! Couldn’t recommend enough! I called and spoke with Jason who got me set up with an appointment the next day for a partially clogged toilet. Caleb and Ryan came out and gave me a call and text to let me know they were on the way. When they arrived, they listened to what was going on and gave me an idea of what they would do to work on the clog. Caleb was up-front about pricing and assured me they would look for the least expensive but effective solution. I felt well informed during the whole appointment and they were able to successfully fix the problem in a timely manner.
