Our 30 day check up for our new construction house was great. Ransom’s inspection was very thorough and he was extremely professional. Top notch!

As usual, Ransom did an amazing job. We have had to have him come out 3 or 4 times for different leaks and every time he has been on time, friendly, and given amazing service. He explains what’s going on and how he will fix it. We love using Capstone plumbing and Ransom.

They were prompt, courteous and quick at doing their job. They had the clog cleared in about 5 minutes. I’m not an expert but it did seem a little expensive ($220) for that quick a fix. I had to pay $475 to another plumber to do most of the job. But it was worth it to have my shower back😊 Thank you so much for your service!

Waking up to water in your basement is never fun. Capstone Plumbing was quick to respond and get us taken care of. Jason was extremely kind and patient with our little ones! The high quality of work is the only trace left behind. Highly recommend Capstone for a quick response and reasonable pricing if you need a Birmingham area plumber.

I paid $525 in installation charges alone. I feel the two very young men wasted a lot of time (over an hour) trying to figure out if the part was covered under parts warranty. The water heater is only 19 months old.
And now, my hot water doesn't get as hot as it did before. I have to turn the faucet to almost 100% hot just to get warm water. Any chance they lowered the temp of the heater?
And they drove to Birmingham to obtain the part rather than the much, much closer parts place on Valleydale Road.
I paid the invoice but will NOT be recommending Capstone again.

Needed two faucets installed. Went ahead and took the opportunity to add a service contract for annual inspections and added on the water heater flush. The service contract adds a little peace of mind for existing aging plumbing and a discount on additional plumbing services should the need arise. Because I decided on the service contract, the discount was then applied to my installations, so that was nice. I was actually kind of excited about the water heater flush add-on, since it's not something that we've been either consistent or comfortable with doing.

Ransom was the lead plumber on this job, and he was both thorough and professional. (If you're one to notice the use of the house booties, they put them on and took them off every trip in and out the door.)

Jason was awesome to work with, got us scheduled same day! The techs, Caleb and Zion that came out were polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. Best of all they got our kitchen sink fixed up with a p trap so we can stop smelling all the gas from the pipes! Couldnt be happier. Highly recommend.

Capstone plumbing did a great job repairing my issue in a prompt manner. Technician were friendly and keep me abreast of everything that there were doing. They also provide me with information for things to key an eye on. Thanks again for an awesome service call!!

These guys came over and knocked out a full water heater replacement is one day. They were incredibly friendly and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Very helpful and explained our bill readings and told us we did not have a leak. The meter has not been read in months, estimates have been made for months and then when read we were billed for several months of readings.

This company helped with several repairs (which unfortunately resulted from a poor job another company did in my bathroom remodel 18 months earlier) in preparing my house for closing a sale. They were efficient and did an excellent job.
