Posting from my step sons google account but Jerry was great! Knew exactly what to do and not to do. Helped me fill out the financing form and is coming to install my new water heater tomorrow and it’s a Saturday! Most defiantly will be using a&m plumbing for all future issues.
My issue happened right around Christmas and these guys came out and fixed a major clog and a broken pipe. This old house has some crazy type of pipe that nobody has used since the 60s, and they recognized it right away. I also requested an estimate to replace the sewer line because the pipe is so bad and the estimate was very reasonable. They’re very professional and courteous as well. Update. They had to come out and replace the entire sewer line from my house to the road. They helped me coordinate with the city, and the work was done very quickly. It was hard to tell they even dug a huge trench in my yard after they covered everything back up.
Dylan was wonderful! He answered my call for help right away and on a Sunday! He corrected the problem in just a few minutes and was very polite and personable. Highly recommend A&M for your plumbing needs.
So great! A&M sent someone with LOTS of experience to help us with our problem. We weren’t sure what the issue was but Emory & Trace helped us eliminate all the possibilities and checked the rest of our septic system before they left. Thank you so much!!!
This company is very friendly and keeps their word. I had a leak in my yard and I they came right out and repaired it. Jerry and Michael were both really polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.
I had an issue over the July 4th holiday with septic tank leakage and I called the emergency line. I was called back immediately and then got a phone call later that day by the owner Mark. He was there first thing in the morning on July 5th and resolved the issue. Everyone was very helpful and committed to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.
