House Cleaning reviews in Athens, Alabama

We hired her for a deep cleaning for our home. This cleaning was needed because of owners' injury that prevented her from cleaning. This was to be floor to ceiling spring cleaning. After arriving 2 hours late, she did not have time to complete the ground floor as we requested. She only managed 2 rooms (Kitchen and dining room) in 4 hours. She did not clean windowsills and mopped by pouring water on the floor and just scooting the dirty water around. She was provided a mopping system which was not used. Did not clean the oven. The baseboards were not cleaned properly. Though she was told not to touch the antique light fixtures, she did attempt to clean and broke one of the crystals on the light but did not notify us. We unfortunately found part of crystal on floor.

Bottom line is that we had to follow up the deep cleaning with our own work and paid $250 for the privilege.

Kelley has done an outstanding job since we hired her 7 months ago— we started with a deep cleaning for 2 days and then bi- weekly since — very professional and always pleasant while working. The house has never looked better. She has also helped with organizing the bedrooms after a renovation was completed - unpacking boxes and organizing the items and placing them into the drawers so we can fine them!!!! We definitely look forward to her bi-weekly cleaning.

Always a great job!! On time and clear communications!!

OCD cleaning is the best. Kelley is professional and has been cleaning for me for 4 years! Trustworthy and takes pride in her work! Dependable and reliable!

Kelley did a fantastic job! She is so thorough, diligent, hard working and doesn’t leave anything half done. She goes above and beyond with every task she takes on. Very kind, timely, and a great person to have on your list for help! She’s so easy to talk to/work with. Thank you Kelley and we will be in touch soon for more help.

Just called and was told very rudely she will clean for one thousand dollars an hour and hung up on us!

Detailed and professional

Great team! They do a great job!!

Very attentive to my cleaning needs. The team did an amazing job

As a repeating customer, I was not pleased with this company and "how they do business". I gave this service three different chances with the simple task of cleaning my home. Each time either something was broken (like for instance my glass living room table), stolen, or eaten. I informed the owner of each situation and she has yet to reimburse me for the table and commodities left for paying guest. I advise any property owner not to do business with this woman.

Our house sparkles! We had cement dust from a little remodeling and had them come in to clean. When we returned home that evening, the house was beautiful! TCL is fabulous!

I use TCL Cleaning Services for my vacation rental in Athens, AL and have been very pleased with the service! Eduardo the owner contacts me directly when we need to communicate. Samantha does the cleans and she is excellent. The online booking system is great. Highly recommend!

Great job so far! Our house is spotless and smells great. Very pleased with the cleaning service—they have been there when they said or even (gasp!) a little earlier and have done a fantastic cleaning job. Add in that you can customize your cleaning online each week to include certain items or even a deep cleaning and we are looking forward to a long relationship with these guys. Highly recommend.

TCL does an awesome job. They are reliable and flexible. They have excellent communication.
