Gavin, Chris, and Bubba were SO helpful. Our refrigerator had not been cooling the way it was supposed to, and they came in, diagnosed it, got the part for it, and gave us a great price. Hundred less than we had been quoted by another company. I cannot recommend them enough. Also, they are SUPER friendly and easy to work with.

Needed our refrigerator repaired, called a different local repair service. That repair lasted about a week before it broke again. Spoke with Bubba at Auburn Appliance. He spent a lot of time tracking down the previous repair guy to make sure he knew exactly what the situation was. Sent his technicians over next day, they completed the repair and the refrigerator is working like new. One week after the refrigerator, our clothes washer broke. Auburn Appliance again sent their technicians over next day. The cost to fix the old washer was about the price of a new one. We bought a new one and they installed it same day and took the old one away. If you need repairs done quick and right, or new appliances delivered and installed quickly, these are the folks you want to do business with.

We're 5.5 hours away from our daughter and her washing machine started leaking/holding water. She's in med school and very stressed out, so I called to have Auburn Appliance do a service call. Bubba was beyond wonderful! He diagnosed the issue, checked back in to make sure all was well, and told her that her Mama made him promise not to charge her, but to charge Mama (true)! The peace of mind this gave me was invaluable. Integrity is priceless when you find it in a business.

Great service! Our 1 year old built-in Samsung died. I called on Wednesday morning and they were out on Thursday! (I wasn’t available Wednesday and requested Thursday.) Bubba came out and explained the options I had and the cost associated with both, he answered all my questions. Once I told him what I wanted (not to repair the Samsung), he said not a problem and would be back. He came back with everything he needed and was in and out in 30 minutes and I am happy with my new Whirlpool microwave. They even took all the trash and the Samsung hunk of junk - can you tell I’m not a Samsung fan?!!? The best part was they loved my dogs! So kind to them while the doggos were “helping”! Definitely will call again! Thank you for great service!

Absolutely horrible experience with this company, specifically the owner himself. He waltzed into our home, did not announce himself, and claimed he was helping but was incredibly rude to me. I asked who he was, and he acted as if I was supposed to know who this strange man in my house was. For context, I had a dishwasher that was being repaired by two people at the time, so I assume he knew I was receiving repairs and decided to drop by, however bizarre that is. He repeatedly stated rude comments towards me such as “I run a five star company” and “you demanded us to come out here and fix this” I am truly baffled by this behavior and can only hope that others heed my advice to stay away from this company.

Best prices in town. Best customer service in town. Best delivery in town. Delivery guys were nice, knowledgeable and professional. 10s across the board. I will be purchasing more items as I renovate my home.

We have used Auburn Appliance Repair a few times now and have been pleased with our service every time! I even mentioned having the dryer door open the opposite direction and he went out of his way to turn the door around for me!

bubba was exceptional, they cam out when they said, and repaired my fridge drain issues for the price they said. Great service, communication, very satisfied. I told him i look forward to using him again, but i hope i don't need to :-)
