    Needed our refrigerator repaired, called a different local repair service. That repair lasted about a week before it broke again. Spoke with Bubba at Auburn Appliance. He spent a lot of time tracking down the previous repair guy to make sure he knew exactly what the situation was. Sent his technicians over next day, they completed the repair and the refrigerator is working like new. One week after the refrigerator, our clothes washer broke. Auburn Appliance again sent their technicians over next day. The cost to fix the old washer was about the price of a new one. We bought a new one and they installed it same day and took the old one away. If you need repairs done quick and right, or new appliances delivered and installed quickly, these are the folks you want to do business with.

    We're 5.5 hours away from our daughter and her washing machine started leaking/holding water. She's in med school and very stressed out, so I called to have Auburn Appliance do a service call. Bubba was beyond wonderful! He diagnosed the issue, checked back in to make sure all was well, and told her that her Mama made him promise not to charge her, but to charge Mama (true)! The peace of mind this gave me was invaluable. Integrity is priceless when you find it in a business.
