    Anne was absolutely wonderful and kind during my time of frustration. We’ve had issues with our washing machine ( I believe we received a lemon). Our machine turned off mid load and would not turn back on. The lid was locked and tub full of water and blankets. While waiting for our service appointment, it began to smell and extended out of our laundry room into the kitchen and living room. I called to verify our appointment on the day the technician was to come out and was told they didn’t have us on their schedule. Anne came to my rescue! I was so upset, on the point of tears. She went over and beyond to squeeze us in for the following day. I am extremely grateful for her and amazing customer service she provided. If it wasn’t for her, we would have been waiting another week and by that time the odor in our house would have doubled. We are now waiting for a couple parts to come in but at least we were able to empty the tub and the odor is no longer an issue. Thank you Anne for being a human being and helping us. In today’s world, great customer service is rare and a lot of people don’t want to go the extra mile to assist others. But Anne was willing! She turned everything around for us with a kind caring attitude! Thank you! Tami S.

    I have to say Maytag sent a representative from one choice to fix my washer because it smelled like it was on fire. Anyway they came out the next day to fix it. The tech did everything to find where the smell was coming from he ran it to find the codes but nothing showed. The worked on it until they figured it out. Then my kids overloaded the washer several months after the repair and threw it out of balance and damaged the tub. They came back out and ended up replacing the tub. Now no problems. They are so friendly and explain everything that is or could be wrong. The office staff is absolutely remarkable and very friendly. I recommend them for appliance repairs.
