Waited a week for the warranty appointment. Tech said he showed up and called and knocked and then left after THREE MINUTES. I've been up since 6 am waiting and he never did any of that. I wasn't waiting another week so I fixed it myself in 10 min. After seeing these reviews I'm glad the appointment didn't happen. Seems like I dodged a bullet and will be doing any and all future repairs on my own things since this is the only available company and you can't rely on them. Luckily I'm licensed to work on refrigerant systems too so I won't be calling them for anything ever again.

Is there an option for no stars? They never do what they say and don’t show up for appointments. It’s a shame that the warranty companies use them.
