Robert worked very hard getting my wife and I ready to move in to our new house. He was scrubbing as hard as he could for hours non-stop. He is a great guy and does great work. Keep it up Robert!

They pressured washed my home and the outcome was unbelievable. Their employers were very respectful and the job was done within decent time. I will definitely use their service again.

They were so friendly and helped me and my family out they cleaned my moms trailer while she was in the Hospital so she could come home to a clean house and with me living in Missouri and my sister having to work plus go to the hospital it helped us out greatly. For the price I paid, I did not receive a thorough deep cleaning like i expected. My floors, carpet, and bathroom were cleaned OK But overall, I would not have paid the price I did if I had known what my results would be. Dishes were not done (I understand some cleaners don't do this) but the could at least stacked them in the sink. Some items that could have thrown away or put away were just stacked on my tables. Nothing was cleaned or wiped down in my kitchen, only the floors. There is still dust on some shelves in my living room and once again, things were just stacked on my tables to get off the floor. Simple things like my shoes weren't even organized or simply put in the closet. Dressers weren't organized or wiped down. Overall, I expected a lot more for the price I paid for a deep cleaning.

I just hired Loyalty Cleaning Service to clean our home and they did an excellent job. Mr. Williams answered my phone call the very first time that I called him and gave me detailed info about the cleaning services that he provides. On the scheduled date for the service, he called me 30 mins before to tell me he was on his way. He arrived about 10 mins before the scheduled appointment with his team and they did a thorough job of cleaning our home. We wanted household cleaning such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, etc. His team (his wife Talisha and Valencia?) was very thorough and didn't waste any time cleaning our home. We will start on-going cleaning services with Loyalty Cleaning. They did a thorough, professional job!!

Just moved to Clanton, AL and needed a deep clean of home we purchased. Not a small home - 3400sf 6 bed 4 bath home. Everything was sanitized, cleaned, windows washed on the inside etc. Home has been vacant for several months. Lots of critters on window sills, cobwebs, dust etc. Very pleased with the results. Highly recommend for special cleaning projects. I will definitely hire again!

One star. I had hired this service to do a deep clean on my house prior to real estate pictures being taken. First negative experience was they tried to cancel 15 min before they were scheduled to arrive. They ended up coming two hours later and were aware of the deadline for the photographers. We were told that they would be done in 3 hours right at the time my photographer was supposed to show up. I left the house for 2.5 hours and came back and NONE of the following had been done:
-kitchen mopped
- vacum/mop downstairs
-downstairs bathroom
-vacum/mop upstairs
-upstairs bathroom
- fans and floorboards upstairs
The following list are things that were never done at all:
-upstairs windows
-upstairs floorboards
-upstairs mopping.

They spent a total of 25 min cleaning a full bath, 3 bedrooms and a bonus room. The job was done very poorly. I am 9 months pregnant and spent over and hour upon returning home,cleaning the house to get ready for pictures (that were being taken while the cleaning crew was still here). They stayed over and hour longer than they estimated and I spent a ton of time cleaning alongside them.

While they did a good job on the kitchen and were very pleasant people. (That’s why they got one star). I was very very very disappointed in their services. They charged me $270.00 for a “deep clean” and it was by far the worst cleaning job and cleaning experience I have EVER had done on my house. Would never recommend them. Even after they saw me vacuuming, cleaning floorboards etc. and left the job unfinished. The price was not reduced in proportion to the job done. It was very u professional and disappointing.

Very friendly, professional, and thorough! As a single mom, I got behind on the house cleaning and they came and saved the day! I called Wednesday and they came out by that Friday. Definitely recommend and I will be using them more frequently! Awesome job ladies!

The Williamses with Loyalty Cleaning did more than just provide us with a sparkling clean and sanitized new home to move into. They showed up to help us out after weeks of a really hard cross country move. We were tired, irritable, and super down about everything because nothing seemed to be going our way. Within minutes of them arriving, we all had smiles on our faces and felt so at ease. They were such a pleasure to be around and the Lord sure did bless us through them and we will NEVER forget them. Very professional and on time to start the job we had alot to move from my storage and townhouse to the new home, but they handle the job very well. First time using a service for home cleaning. Very professional and motivated. Easy to talk to and people friendly. Just scheduled for a cleaning for once a week. Talked with them about having someone paint the home and that was reasonably priced. I look forward to continuing with this company for all my home needs both inside and outside my home.

My family and I were in need of a fast deep clean. While other services were professional and kind it would take a week for them to come to my house just for an estimate. Loyalty made room for us the same day due to the emergency. They were fast and professional and were very understanding of our pets and toddlers under foot. Soon their family became ours.
