Loyalty Cleaning Service did an excellent job on our house. They were great to work with, and we already have them scheduled for a second visit. Thanks for good customer service and hard work!

I was initially impressed by the helpfulness of the team at Loyalty Cleaning Service; they even went beyond the scope of the job by helping my sister get the water turned on at the street. However, the cleaning itself was disappointing. Despite being hired to clean an empty house, several areas were overlooked that didn’t even require water. There was a half-eaten snack left in a cabinet, mildew in the showers, and old roach traps were strewn about. Dust was thick on the blinds and HVAC return vent, and while the bedroom carpets were nicely cleaned, the stairs were completely neglected. Given what I paid, the service didn’t meet expectations. I was open to discussing these concerns with a manager and possibly resolving them amicably. Despite being told that a manager would contact me, no one has reached out to follow up.

Update: The company has tried to reach out to me several times after this review was posted. I assume they intend to resolve the issues, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, it's too late as I have already hired someone else to complete the task.

Poor management. They don't care for their employees I've been trying to receive money from 3 months ago that was owed to me and no one has even tried to show that they care. I would not recommend!

I hired Raymon to put much down for me Besides being one of the nicest and friendliest person that I’ve ever hired, he did an awesome job and cleaned up after he finished his work. I would definitely recommended him.

Raymon and team did such an amazing job removing leaves at my house. We went above and beyond my original ask by also helping me with my backyard. I appreciate their hard work and for also being so kind and helpful to me. I would highly recommend them for any type of landscaping job.

I left a bag in there one of the last times I was in there and the Loss Prevention guy Kobe and the CSR Venetreia laughed at me when the camera showed I had gotten it. I told them my son had been shot 4 times Jan 31 and he had lost some organs’ so I was all over the place mentally even though he was alright! The older woman came from behind the counter to laugh with him about it. Yesterday I was in there and the Loss Prevention guy helped me and I told him about what happened and he said he could believe it because the guy that laughed is arrogant. It was a real lack of empathy. I did a survey on them and someone reached out as well as me doing one yesterday which made me remember. I just think their behavior was horrible and they need better customer service skills. They wouldn’t want someone laughing at them about being wrong over something as simple as not leaving a bag and having a trauma I your life! You know where you’ve been but not where you’re going! We need to be careful how we treat people!💙 I don’t know why it said Walmart Garden Crnter

I’m a truck driver traveling all across the United States. I frequently stop at Walmart locations to restock food during my routes — milk, meat, and basic supplies I need to keep working. I always enter with just my truck (no trailer), make my purchases, and sometimes stay in my cab for a short while to rest before getting back on the road.

At this location, after being parked for about two hours in a huge and nearly empty parking lot, security approached me and said that the police would come by and issue me a ticket. That doesn’t make sense, since this is private property and police typically wouldn’t issue tickets unless management formally requested enforcement.

I was already preparing to leave and was simply resting to continue driving safely. The attitude was unnecessary and persistent, repeatedly asking how many more minutes or seconds I was going to stay, as if I were doing something wrong — when in reality, I’m a paying customer who regularly spends money at these stores.

It’s disappointing because truck drivers are the ones who move the freight that keeps these stores stocked. Without truck drivers, nothing moves. I’ve never had this issue at Target, but I’ve experienced similar situations at several Walmart locations.

For that reason, I will no longer shop at this location and will choose to spend my money where truck drivers are treated with more respect.

This company believes in excellent work and if the customer is completely satisfied. I would not use anyone else.

I've known Chris for a long time. I always enjoy seeing them coming because I know my yard is fixing to be the best looking yard on the block. Keep up the great job and I'm glad seeing your business expanding.

I noticed Mr. Aaron servicing my neighbors yard; note he was doing an amazing job. Knowing that my lawn needed a little shaping up I knew I could trust him to give me the same quality service that was giving to my neighbor. I approach Mr. Aaron asking if he had the time for another yard. If not, what’s his next availability, surprisingly he stated he could do it now!

Here’s the word desires 10 stars instead of just 5. I will definitely be using his services again in the future.
