John did an excellent job and I was very appreciative of his prompt response to my request for service. He was very methodical and came well equipped, including the use of a drone in identifying the problem. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will use them again should the need arise.

John was friendly, fast, and very helpful. He explained everything really well.

My technician Trail was really awesome. He was professional and very helpful. He took his time and made sure my questions were answered. I always felt like he was being honest with me. The pricing was very fair! My only complaint is that I had asked for a morning appt window and the tech didn't arrive until 6:15pm. I did receive 2 calls from the company throughout the day. But honestly I was surprised when he finally came. Overall I would use this company again, but I would make sure to have my whole day free.

Cricket wireless store manager here they came and did an excellent job. The carpet looks great.

Arnold did a great job shampooing our carpet. The price was below what I usually pay with other companies. I plan to use again.

Technician was very friendly and personable. He explained the process and completed it in a timely manner. Also, he was quite punctual.

I was over charged for the work they did. I have wasp coming in thru my chimney I hired this company to correct the problem all they did was clean my chimney and put some tape on my chimney and they were about to leave and I had to tell them to close off the damper. I don’t know why they got such great reviews and I was charged $ 500.00 dollars and he didn’t do half the work he quoted me when he first came out. He was suppose to seal off all the cracks in the chimney inside and out. And now I go downstairs and there are wasp on my floor. I will never use them again.

Not sure WHY there are so many good reviews here. I had a terrible experience and would never have hired them!

1. It was difficult to understand and book so I went solely off the reviews.

2. I booked a slot for (12-1pm) today. Last night I stared getting calls from what I thought was a scam number since the calls were from WhatsApp??? and my phone. No voicemail.

3. This morning I called the main line and a woman answered I couldn't understand and she told me that there were there and waiting. It was 11:20 so I was not home yet.

4. As soon as I pull in the driveway a huge 6ft over man gets out and starts yelling at me that "I'm 1.5 hours late and he's called me 20 times." I responded that I had a time slot booked and he was EARLY!

5. This is an urgent need for me trying to move to a new location-so I let him in to clean.

6. All he did was get out a BASIC "Big Green" carpet cleaner with basic bissel cleaner. I literally have this machine at home!!

7. He went over the rugs ONCE and said he was finished (45 min total for 4 rugs).

8. I asked him to go over and let me see if the water was clear if they were "clean."

9. The water was DIRTY. I told him I wasn't paying until the water was clear. He went over once more and left.

I felt BULLIED in this situation and am now out of pocket $250 for a cleaning that was NOT professional level and NOT a customer experience I ever care to have again.

He was able to remove even the toughest stains and restored our industrial carpet to a clean, fresh look that matches the welcoming atmosphere of our building. Professional, efficient, and thorough, I would highly recommended!

Terrible service. May be due to the cultural differences. Thought they would have a professional steam cleaner for carpet but no... it was just this guy with a bissle pro carpet cleaning machine, the type you rent from rug doctor. This company is bogus. Then they charge 50 bucks extra for shampoo.... like really. I was originally quoted 120 for 2 rooms and half of 2 floor mats, when he got here, he waslnted to charge me 250. What a scam. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Gold Star Chimney Cleaning, especially malachi and cameron, did a full chimney inspection at my house in birmingham. i was very happy with their work. they were careful with my home and took time to clearly explain everything they found during the inspection. if you need your chimney checked or cleaned, i definitely recommend this team.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the chimney sweep service I received. After moving into our new house, the fireplace looked really dirty and I was worried it might need to be replaced. I called the company, and the owner got back to me quickly. Cameron was very helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions and even had me send pictures of the fireplace. He let me know that it was in good shape and the issues were only cosmetic, but still sent someone out to check for my peace of mind. Malachi came by and was super friendly, explained how to safely use the fireplace, and gave us some great tips on simple touch ups to make it look nice again. We will definitely be calling them again when it’s time for a chimney cleaning. Highly recommend these folks!
