We were very pleased with our new fence, new retaining wall, new grass sod, new ornamental rock treatment, and excellent attentive service. Quality is much better than "cheap."

I called DSLD to fix my pond pump. I was told it would be $300 for them to come out and find out problem. I paid this price, but when they came out all he did was look at the pump floating in pond and informed me it would be another $600 for them to come out to pull pump, inspect it to determine problem. Then another $600 to come repair. I found a mu h less expensive way to get pump fixed and told DSLD this.
To help make things right, they did offer a $150 refund.

This review is kind of overdue, but getting the pool ready for this season reminded me I’ve yet to write one. DSLD installed a Desjoyaux pool at our house last spring. From design work (Stephen) to the crew that installed our pool (PM Austin) we were very pleased and our backyard was completely transformed. Their vision for our backyard and the product they delivered completely surpassed (in a good way) the one we thought possible. Our project consisted of not just the pool install, but rerouting/hiding a drainage ditch that went through the middle of our yard, regrading the entire backyard, sprinkler install and pouring a parking pad. DSLD was capable of handling the entire project without having to contract out things here or there so it was nice only having to deal with one company from start to finish.

And probably most importantly David and his team are good people. 5 stars and highly recommended.

DSLD ran lidar over my property to generate a topography map and also to help us decide the best place to build a home and pond. We further contracted for them to produce a video of the property showing a “mock up” as if the house, driveway, pond were already there. Very realistic. All this was done from the topo map and architectural drawing of the home and some interviews with us. It was a first class presentation. Our initial contact was with David Sharpe who then handed off the work to his experts with the drones and the computer generated finished product. Dawson is a very gifted and competent guy that knows his craft and had ultimate responsibility of delivering the final first class product to us! Outstanding work!

DSLD Land Management is a fantastic landscaping company. They transformed my yard quickly and efficiently, with an amazing team that was polite, kind, and incredibly hardworking. Zach and Austin came out on a Saturday and worked all day to complete the job, including leveling and sod. I've got my yard back. Great guys, great land management company. I called several companies about an immediate project and possible other projects. When David Sharp showed up at our door we had a pleasant surprise. Not only is he a great person, but he was my husband’s youth director years ago and they got to have a little reunion. DSLD filled in and tiled a front porch that was formerly a long planter box. We had previously spoken to many others about the project and never was happy with the response, the quotes, or how the others listened to what we wanted. We are so pleased with DSLD’s work, how quickly they completed the project, how well they communicated with us, and the quoted amount for the work that they have us as customers from now on! After moving to Highland Lakes, we had several issues that needed to be addressed regarding landscaping and other backyard design issues. They required immediate attention. We contacted and employed several companies regarding the issues and never achieved the satisfaction we desired. I was told about DSLD Land Managemet and gave David Sharp a call. Within a short time David and his engineers came out and evaluated the situation. It was unbelievable what they had come up with. They designed so many different options and everything was planned with purpose. They even had the trees planned and the reasons behind what type of plants. After reviewing the options and making a decision, we went with one of their plans and within an extremely reasonable time they started the project. I was amazed to see the equipment and personel involved with the construction. Every person that worked on our project knew exactly what they were doing. After each day they cleaned the yard and returned everything to it place. They came back every day at a timely manor and resumed work. The final project was completed and everyone is in awe of how beautiful it is. We could not be happier. If anyone was looking for landscaping and design I would strongly suggest reaching out to DSLD Land Management and letting Mr. Sharp and his team draw up plans for you. It is unbelievable the work they did and the attention to detail. Mr. Sharp his self came every week to check on the project. I am so thankful for their work and their people. DSLD is a first class group to work with. They transformed a yard with poor drainage into a beautiful landscaped back yard. From tree removal to site prep, laying sod and planting layered plants to trees in two phases. It was well into fall and they assured us we would be pleased come springtime. We would highly recommend them for any landscaping from residential to commercial.
