Since this was my friends outcome, i suggest avoiding this company for landscaping. Landscaping was done after pool instillation and with each rain, this happens. I have witnessed the entire struggle to get this company to make it right. He has been given 2 years to fix this and has not done so.

This is the second home we have used Schroeter's on. They were there when they said they would be, worked hard, and did an excellent job. Really nice people to deal with as well. Highly recommended.

I wrote a review a couple of months ago about Schroeter's Lawn. I admit it was in the heat of the moment and i didn't post a favorable review. But the back ground of my story did not reflect how the owner Mark Scroeter never lost his temper when I voiced my frustrations. The times when I couldn't get a hold of him, Mark was out of state doing volunteer work. Most often he thought that his employee had completed the job. Sometimes you just have to give someone the chance to make it right.
The stone walkway that I mentioned was built 6 years ago and Mark (though at times is hard to get a hold of) will keep his word, fix the problem, and do it with a smile.
This, to me, is preferable to the one that is polite to your face and then never get the job done. This type will usually end up whinning about it it and cause more harm than good.

It has always been a please to work with Schroeter's Lawn & Landscaping and their work is always beautiful. They help to elevate our homes to a completely new level. Their attention to detail and wonderful designs put them leagues ahead! We love Schroeter's Lawn & Landscaping!

We just completed an outdoor living area project with Schroeter's Lawn & Landscaping and words cannot describe the awesome experience we had working with Matt, Mark, and their team. From day one, when we met with Matt to discuss concept, to the last day when we were able to sit and enjoy the new space, we had nothing but exceptional, professional, and personable service. The craftsmen that worked each day to build this living space from the ground up worked with each and every stone to make sure it "fit" to create one of the most stunning outdoor living areas we could have imagined. From the flagstone covered patio, to the stone sitting wall, to the massive wood burning fireplace and the now fully utilized natural gas grill, these guys treated each piece of the work as if they were doing it for their own family members. They worked each day in the hot sun, stopping only for water breaks and lunch. They were polite, professional, and respectful of each other and our family and not once did you hear loud conversations or music playing that you oftentimes hear on construction sites. Their supervisor was present each day to get things started and checked on progress throughout each day. Matt personally checked in onsite and/or by personal contact throughout the project. Mark Schroeter also visited the worksite during the project and made sure we were pleased with how things were progressing. The end result is now our favorite "room" in our new home; we end most of our days sitting outside enjoying television, grilling, and just "chilling" in our new outdoor living room. Matt, Mark, Felix and team: thank you for creating such an awesome new room for us and for operating a business the way it should be.

Schroeter’s has been exceptional to work with! We reached out to them for our backyard! We were struggling with drainage issues and it was a nightmare. We hated even looking at our yard. They created a design and we are so pleased with the results. They fixed the drainage problem and best of all it looks great! They helped us with a cover for our deck so we can enjoy it even when it rains. We added an outdoor fireplace that is a true work of art! They completed the project with sod installation and plants that are perfect! This is now an extension to our house and entertaining space!

It is hard to find people that go above and beyond and this group does just that! The best part is out it is they are great people! We will use Schroeter’s for our future projects! Thanks Scroeter’s for creating a space we are proud of!
