I hired Cobalt Construction for a kitchen renovation, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The project, which was supposed to take three weeks, ended up dragging on for over three and a half months. Communication was poor, and I was often left waiting for days before getting a response to my inquiries. The project timeline was constantly delayed, with no clear updates on when things would be completed.

NUMEROUS mistakes were made during the renovation process, and it took a lot of effort on my part to get them corrected. As of today, several issues are still unresolved.

Customer service was nonexistent, as they refuse to reply to emails, texts or phone calls and I felt completely ignored whenever I raised concerns. I reached out to Manuel to get these issues resolved in which he would never reply or replied without complete resolution. For the amount of money I invested, I expected much better customer service and results. I would not recommend Cobalt Construction to anyone looking for a smooth, professional, and timely renovation experience.
Look elsewhere!!!!!!

Excellent contractor to work with. Requested remodel assistance on a short notice request. Keeton Contractors responded quickly, developed a plan to tackle the remodel and completed the project all within 3 weeks of first contact. The results were excellent. Cabinetry Refinishing is the best company I have dealt with in a very long time!!! It was so refreshing to have a company actually provide true customer service! Paul and his team were terrific. Everyone was so kind and focused on doing a great job to make sure I was satisfied. I was updating my kitchen and Paul coordinated everything, not only painting of the cabinets but the countertops, tile installation for the back splash, plumbers and electrician. He kept me informed every step of the way and was very patient with all of my questions. If you are considering work in your home, I highly recommend Cabinetry Refinishing – you will not be disappointed.

When I first began researching local companies to update my 90s kitchen, I spoke with several other businesses claiming to offer cabinet refinishing services. Before even meeting with me in person and seeing my existing kitchen, several of them began pressuring me to purchase brand new cabinets, despite the fact that I told them I wanted to keep my existing solid-wood cabinets. Eventually, I reached out to Cabinetry Refinishing Services, and they quickly arranged an in-person meeting with Paul at my home. Paul evaluated my existing cabinets and offered several options for updating the kitchen, including both refinishing the existing cabinets and providing new cabinets. He never pressured me to pursue the more expensive new cabinets and was very helpful in offering ideas for making my kitchen look more modern without making any expensive layout changes. He also listened to my concerns and offered clear solutions (additional lighting, removing dated trim, etc.). I knew immediately that I was in good hands with Paul and Cabinetry Refinishing Enterprises. Paul facilitated my meeting with the countertop company, offered help with paint colors, hardware, lighting, etc., and kept me informed of all timelines and costs. I was also very impressed with the various professionals that were involved in the process, particularly the electrician. They worked quickly and were very respectful of my home and family. Renovations necessarily mean having strangers in your house, but I always felt very comfortable and had no concerns about giving the team access to my home. The ultimate result is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I believe Cabinetry Refinishing Services offers great quality, great value, and a personal touch that matters when dealing with your home. I would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their home, regardless of their budget.

We recently completely a fairly large kitchen "refacing" with Paul and his wonderful team. He was very helpful in helping think through several options during the planning phase. He was able to give us a detailed line item budget on the front end so we could see where to make small changes to make the project work best for us. We knew the cost of the project EXACTLY before any work started which we really appreciated. Paul orchestrated all of the workers for us- the plumber, electrician, carpenter, counter fabricators etc. It was the most smooth process. We could not be happier with the finished product and are thrilled with our new kitchen. His whole team is friendly and easy to have in your home which made the process enjoyable. If you are wanting to redo your kitchen, I would recommend that you strongly consider this company. We were able to save a lot of money by using most of our old cabinet boxes and building them up to the ceiling, then doing new doors. He worked hard for us down to the finish line, helping tweak last minute requests until we were finished! Wonderful company with wonderful people.
