We had just moved into our new custom home but had questions about some of the builder's construction decisions. We wanted a neutral opinion. We called DSLD and they promptly came to access our questions and did a complete review of the home. Afterwards, we were provided a concise review of construction and systems. They explained why the builder did certain things and advised on how to get things investigated/repaired. I recommend DSLD.

David S**** the owner inspected a drainage easement on our property and was able to advise us as homeowners the steps to correct drainage and erosion control issues. He provided several ideas and advised us to contact the county and builder to have these issued corrected. He has all the technology to take aerial footage and soil samples to obtain accurate information and is incredibly knowledgeable! He went above and beyond for us and I know he truly had our families best interest. I would recommend DSLD to anyone without a doubt.

DSLD did an amazing job of transforming and adding value to our home. After 25 years, our shrubs and trees were looking overgrown and dangerous for our property layout. I contacted DSLD because they did “hard scape” along with landscaping. I added sidewalks, pathways, a fire pit, and directed guttering underground to prevent wash off. They were very professional, started and completed in one turn key project. I would highly recommend them in any landscaping project. There is definitely a return on their investment… through your enjoyment and/or resale value!!

I love indoor water features and learned about DSLD while at Aquascapes on Hwy 280. My wife and I wanted to create a garden, water feature, sitting area in our side yard and contacted DSLD for their professional expertise on designing this area. The team at DSLD including the owner , David, came to our home to evaluate our area and learn our desires. Their design was beautiful and affordable in stages with DSLD doing all of the implementation or leaving it to me. Their understanding of plants , boulders ,water, lighting and sitting area were just what we needed to envision our side yard, residential area retreat! I highly recommend DSLDLand Management.

Great experience with this company! Workers showed up, worked hard all day, and cleaned up at the end of the day to minimize disruption to us. This company was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the job. Any questions we had were answered quickly. We are very happy we used them for our project.

We were very pleased with our new fence, new retaining wall, new grass sod, new ornamental rock treatment, and excellent attentive service. Quality is much better than "cheap."

I called DSLD to fix my pond pump. I was told it would be $300 for them to come out and find out problem. I paid this price, but when they came out all he did was look at the pump floating in pond and informed me it would be another $600 for them to come out to pull pump, inspect it to determine problem. Then another $600 to come repair. I found a mu h less expensive way to get pump fixed and told DSLD this.
To help make things right, they did offer a $150 refund.

This review is kind of overdue, but getting the pool ready for this season reminded me I’ve yet to write one. DSLD installed a Desjoyaux pool at our house last spring. From design work (Stephen) to the crew that installed our pool (PM Austin) we were very pleased and our backyard was completely transformed. Their vision for our backyard and the product they delivered completely surpassed (in a good way) the one we thought possible. Our project consisted of not just the pool install, but rerouting/hiding a drainage ditch that went through the middle of our yard, regrading the entire backyard, sprinkler install and pouring a parking pad. DSLD was capable of handling the entire project without having to contract out things here or there so it was nice only having to deal with one company from start to finish.

And probably most importantly David and his team are good people. 5 stars and highly recommended.

David and staff have gone over the top to work with us in negotiations and beginning our project. You can tell he’s a family man who has integrity and wants the client to really get what they want in their backyard. His staff has been very professional and great to work with. DSLD ran lidar over my property to generate a topography map and also to help us decide the best place to build a home and pond. We further contracted for them to produce a video of the property showing a “mock up” as if the house, driveway, pond were already there. Very realistic. All this was done from the topo map and architectural drawing of the home and some interviews with us. It was a first class presentation. Our initial contact was with David Sharpe who then handed off the work to his experts with the drones and the computer generated finished product. Dawson is a very gifted and competent guy that knows his craft and had ultimate responsibility of delivering the final first class product to us! Outstanding work!
