I have over the the years had my rental properties fixed by syntreme and Stephanie has always been timely, reasonably priced and very professional in her work. She has never given me any reason to be unsatisfied.

My husband and I reached out to Syntreme,Inc to take over a house that we was going to place on the market. I can honestly say it was a smooth process and the outcome was amazing! My husband and I was very pleased and will be reaching out on future projects … (painted and deck rebuild).. I referred them to others and my friends and family were very pleased ! Syntreme, Inc is very professional. They came out and gave me a great estimate on the labor and materials for replacing a sub-floor in my kitchen. The price was reasonable plus they save me alot of money. Alot of work came with this project, concreting
a certain portion of the floor to level it out plus making sure there were no water damage under the sub-floor. They complete the project in timely manner, which allow me to set my kitchen back up for Thanksgiving. If you need general contractor in Birmingham or surrounding areas, please give these guys a call. They can save you some money and they always make the project is done right.

Stephanie and the team at Syntreme have handled all my real estate needs since June of 2021. Stephanie was my GC and supervised all of the rehab on my SF rental. Now Syntreme handles all of my property management. The team at Syntreme are responsive, professional and experienced dealing with investors. We called Syntreme Renovation after we had a breach of contract by another builder. She came in did an through estimate for a whole house renovation. She had to redo most of the work done by the other contractor. She kept us informed and worked very hard to keep the price
reasonable, she was very patient and listened to all of our concerns. We could not have found a better person to do the job that she did excellent attitude and very knowledgeable. Thank you very much for an excellent job. We loved working with you.

Syntreme did an excellent job repairing a leak behind my chimney. They removed the original work and found rotted wood behind the “supposed new work done by previous contractor that place hardy board on top of the rotted wood and used the wrong wrap to place under hardy board”. Thank goodness Syntreme showed me the work that needed to be done, showed me what products should be used and how they would correct with video and photos of worm being done. Excellent work, fair price and very timely and professional. Will use again for other work.

“If you want it done right, call a woman!” This statement couldn’t be truer when it comes to Stephanie and her crew at Syntreme! I had a structural issue caused by a contractor 10 years ago due to his mishandling of an insurance claim. The problem went unnoticed until my floor started caving in. I had two other contractors attempt to repair it but the issue remained. I can finally say with confidence that it has been successfully repaired! Stephanie went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. If anything wasn’t perfect, she made her team redo it until it was.
