Waiting over a month now to get our new front door installed. Can't even get the courtesy of a return phone call.

Helpful staff, however I have had to wait nearly every time I purchase pine straw or outdoor items requiring a store associate to assist. Used Professor Plumb for installation at home and business and after 3 visits, 6 hours of my time, and $1200.00 paid, I had to pay another company who replaced 3 of the 5 toilets Professor Plumb installed. Jennifer with HD notified. I would not purchase toilet installation at Hoover until installer changed.

Our indoor/outdoor carpet has been installed almost by Home Depot. I say almost because they did not come prepared to deal with the shoe molding around the perimeter of the space. The installers got the carpet in OK; however, the installation agency Home Depot hired failed to tell the nice installers they needed to have the nail gun on hand to install the Shoe Molding. My husband and son were very nice to handle the Shoe Molding removal for them. Our initial agreement when the porch was measured was to handle ALL of the Shoe Molding necessaries. I do not blame the installers and they did a nice job with what they could accomplish. I believe our experience with Home Depot was due to the fact that they use an installation contractor, so they cannot stand behind the installation. Lowe's is our favorite now!
