After watching Jacob and his team work on my neighbors house I asked him to quote painting my entire house. I m so glad I did. After reviewing several bids I ended up awarding Klein Family Construction my business. His price was fair, the contract was extremely detailed and there were no surprises. Jacobs communication is definitely a strength. Not only did Jacob paint my house he fixed everything I had been meaning to do. He didn’t paint over rotten wood, or cut corners. He showed me areas of concern and even hauled extra rubbish I had acquired to the dump. I can’t say enough good about this company. He will be my first and only call moving forward. I highly recommend him to anyone that wants the job done right.

I would most definitely recommend Jacob for your next project! He worked on multiple projects for us and is so thorough and detailed. He provided detailed quotes and communicated dates for the projects. He remodeled our master bath and upgraded our fan and venting in bathroom. He also installed 2 French doors and repaired our chimney. He also replaced our double deck and screened in a portion of the top deck with a beadboard ceiling and a ceiling fan and recessed lighting. He installed flood lights and motion lights as well as built a workshop under our deck. He is honest and respectful and will do an amazing job for you! We felt like he was part of our family by the time he completed our projects.

Jacob and his team did an excellent job with our backyard. Our fence was rotting and our entire backyard was covered in concrete with a giant stone patio that was starting to crack. They removed the fence and broke up all the concrete and put up a new fence. Jacob was great—talking us through potential options for the yard and fence, working with the permit office and our neighbors, and more. We definitely plan to use Klein Family Construction for future projects.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars because Klein Family Construction, LLC and Jacob deserve a ten out of ten. From start to finish, I knew I could trust my home to them. He was thorough and informative in the planning phase, and then during the construction of my privacy fence, meticulous in the details. When they finished work each day, everything was stacked away, neat and tidy. The fence looks amazing! Affordable, informative, and above all high quality work! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jacob and his team did an INCREDIBLE job. Would give 6 stars if Google let me. He handled every single thing from start to finish, all we had to do was watch it come together. Every person he involved in the process did excellent work. If Jacob trusts them, so can you.
Affordable, efficient, trustworthy. Not a lot of contractors are knocking out all 3 of those.

Working with Jacob and his crew has been the best construction experience I’ve ever had. Jacob has all the qualities you hope for in your contractor. He is professional, thorough, and does excellent work. His worksite is kept clean, and his people are polite and helpful. They all go the extra mile to do the little things that add up to an excellent overall experience.

We had a deck on our house that was old and falling down, and Jacob‘s concept for a new deck was outstanding. When we were uncertain about how to deal with water runoff below the deck and how we could use the area underneath, he came up with a great idea that gave us an additional usable space that we had not planned on for a relatively low cost.

The things that I appreciate most about my experience with Klein Family Construction are Jacob‘s integrity, honesty, and enthusiasm for his work. He is also prompt in a good communicator.

I would highly recommend Total Electrical Services to anyone in need of electric work. They came out on a holiday as well as coming out the very next day to install a whole new electrical panel. On top of all this they stayed late to fix extra electrical jobs around the house with-ought charging a arm and a leg. Total Electrical Service are very friendly and helpful to those who may not know much about electrical work (like me). They were very upfront with the price as well as the issue. If anyone is looking for electrical service they are who you need to call.

We have been using Mr. Johnson for years now and he is very professional with complete knowledge of any electrical issue or request that we have. Always punctual at every job. I would recommend him and his crew for all of your electrical needs! GREAT WORK!

Horrible. Will tell you what to do and sit there and guide you through it. Then fire you the next day when they say you did something wrong after they guided you through it.

Hemphill exceeded all of my expectations today. I woke up to it being 80 in my house and next to nothing blowing from the vents. After talking to Hemphill they had a tech at my house in less then an hour and had the AC working again in the next 30mins. The tech was very nice and professional; I will be returning if it ever goes out again.

We called due to a sewage line issue and they took care of it. I am incredibly appreciative of how they listened to our issue and all the details around it, and then how they went about their business professionally! Trey was the plumber who came out and he was kind, responsive, and did great work! I highly recommend Hemphill!

Hemphill was so fast in coming out, not only to diagnose the issue with my ac, but repaired it in the same day. Everyone was extremely nice and professional. These are the guys to call when you have an issue!

I’ve used Hemphill Plumbing for almost 10 years! They’ve worked on both houses I’ve owned in Birmingham. They’ve done big jobs and small jobs for me. I also use their heating and air services. They are very communicative and always do great work. The one time I hired another plumber I regretted it!

On a Sunday we had pipes leaking into the basement and toilets overflowing. Hemphill offered their advice, took the time to explain options, was up front with pricing. When they came out they were on time, communicative and professional. They came back out the very next day to finish up the work without tacking on extra charges. I will absolutely reach out to them again for plumbing needs!
