We needed several small things done around our house. We called as they were recommended by the owners girlfriend who is friends with my daughter.
Charles came out to look at what we needed completed. He told my husband he would get him a quote.
A week later my husband called and left work with the lady that answers their phone. No call back or quote.
A week after that, I sent an email and almost two weeks later, still no response.
I realize it was several small things we needed completed but all I asked in the email is to please let us know if they weren’t interested so we could make other arrangements.
I don’t recommend them as ignoring our request, when we were told we would hear back, speaks volumes about the character and integrity of the company

We were talking to ETS about trimming a little bit of branches in a tree and chopping a tree down in our yard. We never set a date, signed no contract, and yet they still came out of nowhere to do the job. I came outside and caught them finished with trimming one of our trees which we wanted barely trimmed and they trimmed the entire tree and broke our squirrel feeder. I told them to leave and that we changed our minds about the other tree being chopped down. They said they wouldn't cut the tree down and would leave. I went back to work downstairs and came back up a few hours later to the entire tree gone, all of the branches and logs laying on our property, and a huge trench at the beginning of our drive way. Not to mention some trash we had to pick up after them. Later they moved all of the branches and logs to the front of our yard and left tracks all over our yard. Yet they still expect us to pay them. This is ridiculous and the fact that they came in, trimmed too much of our tree, left trash, didn't leave when told to do so, and damaged our yard, and they STILL expect us to pay them is insane. If anything they should be paying us for destroying our yard and getting rid of an entire tree that we changed our minds about tearing down.

Charles was up front and professional. Very thorough explaining the process and what needed to be done. Work was done quickly and looks fantastic! Price was reasonable. We are very happy with ETS restorations. Highly recommend

We are about to put our house on the market and needed a few things done on our dormers. I’ve previously used ETS Restorations for some home repairs so naturally they were my first call. Charles came out the same day and provided a quote. About a week later, all repairs are finished and they look great. I’d recommend ETS to anyone.

I called several different companies in area for our old concrete retaining wall that was falling over and cross tie wall in need of rebuild. ETS was the most affordable and willing to work with our budget. The sales person, Charles Young, was helpful in giving us a design that would help with erosion in our yard as well as making it more usable. Project was scheduled and completed in 2 days. Crew was great and responded to my feedback along the way regarding some fencing changes. Overall new wall and yard layout look great! I would use ETS again if I had other projects to complete and will be recommending them to friends and family in need of landscape projects.

I have used ETS for two major projects and they have consistently over delivered for a great price. They work quickly and keep everything a tidy as possible and do projects the right way. I’ve had over a dozen trees removed and several feet of fence replaced and recently redid my carport and front sidewalk. They also trimmed a large oak in my front yard and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Charles Young and the team at ETS!

Charles and ETS Restoration did an outstanding job restoring our backyard and surrounding wooded areas. They took down numerous large trees with great precision, cleaned out a drainage area, rebuilt a large retaining wall, replaced our fence, added new sod, and built a stone walkway from the driveway to the pool deck. Charles was easy to work with and stayed flexible as the work progressed. They were able to complete all of the work in a week, cleaned up after themselves, and even pressure washed the area as part of the clean up. The pricing was fair and the customer service was really good.

I had some Dallasgrass in my yard and I called Mason Godwin with Godwin Landscaping. He applied some chemicals to my yard and the dallasgrass was gone in 2 weeks or less. I was amazed it worked so well considering all the rain we have had. I will definitely give Mason at Godwins Landscaping a call if I need anything else done to my yard. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Landon and Grant are my “go to” guys for all my handyman work. They’ve done a lot of cleanup and landscaping work for me. They show up on time, are extremely skilled and professional. I haven’t found a project they can’t handle. They are a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.
