Eli services took down a couple of fans and light fixtures for us in our new home. Ryan arrived right on time, was super friendly and efficient. Will definitely be using them for all of our electrical needs.

Previous Lane Power Customer...Made appointment for generator service and repair with ELI 1 week in advance....took off work to be available...no show, no call. I called office 30 minutes after arrival window passed, no answer. Left message with emergency answering service and was told I would get a call back...nothing. uncharacteristic compared to these other reviews, frusterating nonetheless....I guess Ill find someone else.

We welcomed one energy to our house to service our generator in October. They sent us a contract stating we are guaranteed that our “generator will be of good and reliable working order for the next 12 months”. We were hopeful our $600 service fee would carry us over the next 12 months. Less than four months since the service and their battery fails. Rather than just charging us for the labor to fix, I recieve a $288 bill for an entire new battery. So much for a guarantee. Will be telling anyone who listens to never use them. They cannot back their own guarantee.

Later update: After much deliberation and 3 separate phone calls, they apologized for misunderstanding and waived the $288 bill. Mixed feelings about whole situation.

The first tech might have been a talented electrician, but he was unfamiliar with the way the house was wired for 3-way switches. Another tech came back on another day and was able to figure it out. Of course they charge me for all of the hours and wanted a 4% credit card fee.
I think they also padded their hours by one or two extra.

Our contractor used Eli for our new build in Homewood. The head electrician was crass and rude. Did nothing we asked. Placed switches in places they don’t make sense and did nothing to follow our plans or the mark ups in our walk through. I came in one morning to the job site and he was bragging about how much alcohol he had the night before during a Bama game. His apprentice was kind. The finishing electrician (put in all specialty fixtures) was much more professional. Over all I would not recommend using them for a new build.

Eli added new lights and sectioned off some circuits in our shop and did an excellent job. Very professional staff and highly knowledgeable! Best in Birmingham!

We had a generator installed and they were very professional. They did a great job! I would highly recommend them. They started on time and walked us through the process step be step. We knew what to expect and they followed through every time. A great team of workers!
