Overwatch Security Installed a camera and intrusion solution for us in Birmingham. 7 IP cameras, a NVR (for recording video) and the Intrusion system were all up and running in a few hours with no issues to report.

The cameras were installed both internally and externally and are visible remotely via phone app and we are pleased with the high quality of the system.

The intrusion system is also visible via app and appears to work very well. It has a touch screen keypad at the front door that will allow us to arm and disarm as necessary. An app is also available to allow you to remotely arm/disarm or just check and verify it’s current status.

They were punctual, professional, flexible and well priced. I would reach out to them again for any of our wiring needs! Thank you Dylan and David for the quote and the install and Thanks to Sandy for the billing support! They have a great team over there!

Overwatch Security provided and installed a security camera system to cover our entire church campus. This involved very long cable runs through two large buildings. The installation crew was very courteous and professional. They worked around our in-session preschool and caused the least inconvenience possible. The quality of the product and the install is first rate, and we are very pleased with our new system.

WARNING FIRE HAZARD!!! Would not recommend!!!! Please see attached photos!! Instead cutting and wiring the lights to fit the house (like other professional installers have done in the past) they literally took bulb out, put piece of tape over it and shoved it down into my gutter!!! Just glad my damn house didn’t burn down!!! Also be sure the price you get includes removal of the lights, after Christmas he said there would be additional cost to remove the lights!!! Have had lights installed for many years and never had to pay addition cost to remove them. What a joke they are, do yourself a favor and pass on this company. Nothing says Merry Christmas like your house burning down because this company was to lazy to do it correctly!!

In response to your comment: The fact this company is not denying the poor quality of this install should be all anyone needs to know. I do not have a current balance, but did have someone else take down the lights because you said that was not in the original price that was paid. It is funny how after I left this review you personally attacked my wife’s business by leaving false reviews. That seems to be a common reaction from the owner when he doesn’t get his way or business.

Even the review/pic from his mom has lights already out. What a joke this company is.
