I emailed these people 3 weeks ago telling them there was a malfunction and errors in the system right next to my unit. It kept beeping and could be heard throughout my entire unit. Neither my management or CFP responded to my emails showing the errors in multiple pictures, the fact it wasn't inspected in almost 3 years, and describing the problem. It took the system going off in the middle of the night as though there were a fire and the Fire Department coming out to inspect along with a member of the office living in my building to do anything about it. The system never sent a signal to the fire department like it was supposed to; we had to call 911. Glad there wasn't a real fire and this thing didn't go off leading us to die. Nice knowing you only care when certain people contact you.
