Left stolen equipment at my house

He installed a small chain link fence. The work done was great, however it took more than a month to do the work that was done. I was put on the backburner everyday. He would do other jobs and then come to my hope after dark and was only able to work on for a couple of hours. The work began after Thanksgiving and as of 02/10/2022, he has not completed the work. The fence is up, however the gates sag and have large gaps which allow for the dogs to escape the fence. I am very disappointed. He was someone that I though I could trust to get the job done.

We had a great experience working with SkyHook on use of a dumpster at our home. We had a very specific location we wanted the dumpster placed and Derrick, the owner, personally delivered the dumpster to ensure it was placed exactly where we wanted it at the exact time they said the delivery would occur. The driver handling pick up was just as attentive while removing it from a narrow driveway on the side of our home and exiting our driveway that is lined with brick decorative walls and columns. We’d recommend SkyHook to anyone looking for a dumpster at their home or for their business!

Great Company to work with.

This company just saved me! I had ordered a dumpster from a different company on 4/1/25 to be delivered on 4/25/25. After calling the first company 5 times and getting the run around I asked for a full refund. I found SkyHook on the internet and called Derrick absolutely desperate. We have a project planned for tomorrow with a group of friends coming to help. He said give me a few minutes and I'll call you back. His driver Leon is on his way to our house now with a dumpster! Would highly recommend this company for waste removal. These two thirty yard dumpsters handled all of our 187 square shingle job no problem

The lawn care service has been excellent for our 2 buildings.

This was my first time utilizing Junk King’s services definitely a great first impression! Their crew was very friendly. I like that they gave me a courtesy call to let me know they were running late from an appointment ahead of me, which most companies won’t even bother to let you know. I’d say their price is very fair considering I didn’t have to haul any of what I had them take myself.

I would use this company again , I liked the fact that they came out the same day I called. The Person I spoke to on the phone and in person was professional. My only complaint would be that the dumpster size was too small and the pricing was a bit much for the size. If you need a few things thrown away this dumpster is perfect , if you need a lot of stuff thrown away I would recommend another company that offers bigger dumpsters.

I was initially nervous, because I had never used a junk service before. I was pleasantly surprised how quick and easy the whole process was. I called, booked a time for the same day, which I thought would be a hassle. The workers showed up promptly and had a good attitude. They got right to work and made me feel like an actual person. I Definately recommend them for future pickups. :)

Great experience and reasonable pricing! Junk King helped us get rid of a big old chest freezer, some small appliances and an old built-in from our garage. They were very responsive, nice young men. Would absolutely use the service again (and will!) if needed.
