Derrick and Lou were on time, very personable, and very efficient. They kept me informed of when they would arrive for both the estimate and pickup. They were easy to reach on cell phone and flexible when I had to change the pickup date. The cost matched the estimate, which was more than reasonable. They wasted no time at all during the pickup. I quickly got a receipt by email. It was an excellent experience. We would certainly hire Junk King again.

I had tons of boxes and the majority of them were pretty heavy. The 2 guys arrived on time & worked non-stop & extremely hard to get all of the boxes out of my house & into their truck. They were very professional & courteous. I would strongly recommend Junk King to anyone who needs any kind of junk removed.

The guys that came out this morning were professional, fast, and polite. They called and asked if they could come early and when they got here gave us a very fair quote for the stuff we needed hauled away. Once we agreed they immediately started working and were done within 20 minutes. They even humored my 3 year old who loves trucks by letting him "help" and see their big truck. I recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future if needed.

Communication was on point! Found this company on Yelp late at night and by 7:05am the next morning they had already reached out to me, 30 min later I got a call confirming dates I had selected and was informed they had availability that day and scheduled me in! I sent photos of what I wanted to be removed and they quoted me right away and were VERY reasonable compared to other competitors. They arrived early, were professional, courteous, quick, and overall easy to work with. Will most definitely use them again!

I'm not one to typically leave reviews, but we had a good experience with Junk King. They dropped off the dumpster for three days, we filled it up, they hauled it away. The most commendable part of the experience is that we had a problem arise, but the staff was responsive and handled it professionally.

Marcus and his dad were on time, quick, efficient. I am on the 3rd floor and they were able to remove old furniture in under 30 minutes. Would highly recommend.

I can’t recommend this company enough. From the initial call with customer service, to the gentleman that came to give me my free quote (no obligation to sign up with them) all the way to the amazing guys that came to do the pickup- service. They were kind and professional and pick up was on time (and super quick). They communicate each step with and call to keep you updated on arrivals. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone and will use again should I have the need!

I have to say, Junk King makes it easy. I contacted through the phone app by sending a photo of the sofa I wanted to discard. Response was fast, just about 15 minutes and my appointment was setup at the time I wanted it. They stayed in touch prior to the pickup, came on time, were very professional and courteous. All went very smoothly. I will be using in the future and highly recommend.

I can’t say enough nice things about Junk King in Birmingham. Setting up an appointment online - super easy, email and text communication leading up to my appointment and early pick up - everything was better than I expected. And so EASY. Absolutely worth the money. The guys were super polite and professional.

Edited to add - I have used their services 2-3 more times while selling a property. All of the above info still applies. They are professional, super polite, and make sure everything is completed via phone call if you can’t be there in person.

The 3 guys were hard working, very helpful to me. I stayed fairly close by so that I would be available for any questions they may have. If they weren't sure if something was to be discarded, they always asked first. They helped me with things that were to heavy for me to move. I really enjoyed working with them. I would definitely recommend Junk King. The charge was reasonable and the work was exceptional.

Firstly, “Junk King” was available at 6:30 am Central for me to schedule a last minute junk removal. The removal happened the following day. Chris and Nick were excellent young men. Very polite, very responsive, punctual, and didn’t tire although I know they were tired. They quickly emptied out a storage space for me. I also needed them to relocate a few items for me. No problem.
It was a great experience for me using Junk King. I will use them again, and I do recommend them.

The guys showed up in time and were very professional. They gave me a fair price to remove construction material, tv. grill, mattresses, toilet and other misc items. What they achieved in a short period of time would have taken me a day to haul off. I will use them again and highly recommend Junk King.

Exceptional customer service while making the appointment. The haulers (Nick and Kris) were prompt, courteous and very professional. They were very patient with my mother in determining which items they would be able to remove. I am very happy with choosing Junk King. They have amazing employees. I hope they are paid accordingly.

First, I would like to say the website was very user-friendly. I like that it gives you a quote on what you want to be picked up. I even liked the email confirmation and a text message. Staff called before they came and was on time, professional and friendly.
