troy was fantastic! after our water heater leaked all over the carpet late friday, he showed up in less than an hour with his equipment. he quickly set up fans and two dehumidifiers to help dry everything out since there was so much water in the carpet. troy came by twice to check on the progress, and even moved the fans to better target the wet areas. he also checked the moisture in the walls to make sure nothing was missed. once everything was dry, he re-stretched the carpet and gave it a thorough cleaning. i didn’t ask much about price, but it seemed very fair for how much work was done. i highly recommend this carpet cleaning service in birmingham!
