We had our carpets and upholstery refreshed by Logan's Carpet Cleaning today and we're really pleased. During the procedure, my husband stepped outside and mentioned how incredible the bedroom carpet appeared. Our service agent, Roger, was incredibly professional. Our son recommended this company to us and our experience was just as satisfying as his in Birmingham.

Eventually, everything fell into place, and one of his team members came out to replace the baseboard. The next day, Derek and another team member came to finish the job. Since I work from home, he kept me updated, even texting me from downstairs during a call to let me know I needed to check something—a crack in a piece of furniture they were about to move. I appreciated his carefulness. After the reinstallation, I also had them clean the basement carpets. They used some clever corner guards for the walls while running the cleaning hose from their truck—something I've never seen other carpet cleaning companies do. When the job was done, I was on another call, and we agreed that he would email me the invoice (he knows where I live!). They left, even closing the garage door behind them, which showed their attention to detail. I did email him to mention that he had told me the patch would be visible, but it turned out not to be!
