Very enjoyable experience. I have a historical home and was concerned over how the crew would handle. They were professional and thorough. My plan is to start with the downstairs and then add room by room upstairs as I go through and purge.

Our office had not had a really good clean in far too long. These folks showed up exactly when they said they would and cleaned thoroughly and efficiently. Very reasonable pricing and great attention to detail. A pleasant experience all-round. Would highly recommend them for home or office

Taylor and Crystal are INCREDIBLE!!!! So fun and so professional! They did our move-in cleaning and had their work cut out for them. But let me tell you, they knocked it out of the park! Maid Brigade is amazing! We have 2 German Shorthair Pointers who love in the house with us and that means lots of hair! From the deep cleaning to our biweekly cleaning, they do a fabulous job! I used MaidBrigade to do a move-out cleaning of my apartment and they did a great job. I was not able to be present during the clean, so they sent videos and pictures. When I returned to the apartment, I saw that they took their time to clean every nook and cranny. I highly recommend them.

Exceptional service from start to finish! Arnaud, the owner, was incredibly nice and made the whole process smooth. The team was thorough, leaving my apartment sparkling clean. Their attention to detail was impressive.

The folks I spoke to on the phone were very courteous when scheduling, and they had plenty of availability. I requested a deep clean; unfortunately, numerous spots were missed. However, Arnaud did a fantastic job making it right by returning within a few hours to finish the job. Ideally it would be done right the first time, but I’m glad they were apologetic and quick to fix it.

Maid Brigade was on time, friendly and did a fantastic job! We had a deep clean and our house looks spotless. I say spotless and we have a toddler plus 3 pets! Cleaners were friendly and even asked if I had any special requests on certain rooms. Absolutely recommend!

The Maid Brigade team did a great job cleaning our home. I’m very pleased with the results of my floors. The team did an amazing job removing paint specs that were on the laminate floors.
Although they got busy inside and initially forgot to do the patio, Arnold was very apologetic and quickly got us on the schedule to rectify the issue. I’ve already recommended them to my colleagues and friends.

Monica & Crystal did a good job! They arrived on time and seemed to work well as a team. A few areas not cleaned 100% for the money spent. However, overall the service was better than other companies. I appreciated that the owner, Arnaud, came to inspect. I will use them again.

They showed up at my house for a deep cleaning. I had everything outta the way so they could dig in and clean each room. It was dusty!, he said 30 minutes after the was there he had a appt he had to go to in a couple hrs they cleaned 1 bathroom and wiped down some entry ways and half cleaned a oven and then he said it was too much they stayed a little over a hour (after I had been invoiced a price and scheduled them to come) they left. The lady he had with him was very friendly and I believe she probably could have done the job.

Great company! Showed up on time, were very efficient in cleaning everything and working well together as team. Crystal was wonderful in talking to my grandmother and reassuring her as she cleaned, grandparents can be nervous about new things. All around a great experience and would definitely recommend

I know for a fact we posted a review. It must have gotten scrubbed because it was not a very good one. We got hustled for almost $1000.00 and got left with a dirty house. We had to pay someone else to come clean. They Maid Brigade didn't even try. If they would put in half the effort in cleaning as they do soliciting 5 star reviews maybe I would not feel so......well you know. Save yourself keep scrolling.

Service seemed a little rushed. I selected a deep clean and there were still spots missed. I mentioned my baseboards multiple times and they still weren’t cleaned properly. The cleaning supplies used did smell good. I just wish that there was more attention to detail.

Just had my first deep cleaning, fantastic job! House looks great! Weekly cleanings starting soon, relieved to have this weight lifted off my shoulders. Also, very happy to know they use pet friendly cleaning products, they were very friendly towards my pup, and did a great job getting up all her fur. Five stars for sure!!
